New Creations Child Care & Learning Ctr at EP True

We have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare. Our son has been attending for over two years, and we recently started our 3.5-month-old here as well. From the very beginning, the staff at every level has been incredible. You can tell that they genuinely care about the children and the families they serve. The teachers are attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in the kids’ development. Our son has learned so much socially and emotionally during his time here, and we feel completely comfortable knowing our baby is now in their care as well. The classrooms are welcoming and clean, the activities are thoughtful and engaging, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. One thing we especially appreciate is the communication. We receive lots of photos and updates throughout the day for both of our kids, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re at work. It’s clear that the teachers are engaged with the kids and creating a fun, nurturing environment for them. What truly sets this daycare apart, though, is the heart of the staff. Our family has experienced several losses over the past couple of years, and the team has gone out of their way to support us by sending handwritten sympathy cards home. Those gestures meant so much to us and really show the kind of caring community they’ve built. We are so grateful to have found a daycare where our children are safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. We highly recommend this center to any family looking for a place that truly treats your kids like their own.

My child attends this daycare and we’ve had a really good experience. The facility is always very clean and smells fresh, which I really appreciate as a parent. The staff are friendly, informative, and keep us updated on how the kids are doing. They have a great curriculum and do a lot of interactive activities with the children even in the infant room!. My child is only 2 and still learning to talk, but I feel good knowing they’re in a positive environment that encourages learning and development. I’m grateful for the care they provide every day.

This was the very first daycare our daughter ever went to. I was very very nervous to send her to any daycare. New Creations has been absolutely amazing. I know when I drop her off she is cared for and loved. We also get pictures throughout the day which makes me so happy. We are sadly moving soon so we will be switching to the Waukee NC because we’ve had such a great experience @ EP True. Her teachers are even going to throw her a little party for her last day ♥️ Highly recommend NC!

Today was the first day for my daughter, who has autism, and Jessie was so welcoming to both of us. The center is very clean, and the staff is incredibly kind. My daughter has made such a smooth transition so far, which has brought so much peace to this mama’s heart. Another huge plus is how communicative they are—I’ve received several pictures and updates throughout her first day! Thank you all so much!
