Why KINDERCARE ORALABOR failed my children and will also fail yours. Over the last several months my child was abused by their prek teacher while in their care. They only placed her on an administrative leave pending investigation following the active DHS case that was placed against her. My child has experienced emotional and physical trauma from this center on a daily basis. Both the director and assistant director have gone out of their way to alienate my child. They have continued to retaliate against my family to the point where we are no longer welcome there because they are “uncomfortable” giving my child any attention. They have sent my child home almost daily for the last month because they are not trained to deal with any behavior. They do this to other children who are outside the norm and will continue to. They claim they are diverse but they do not care about your children. The management continually talks bad about their staff and the parents behind their backs. They sit on their phones all day answering personal phone calls and FaceTimes. They will lie to fit their own agenda. They did not allow my child to be dropped off yesterday following being sent home the day prior because according to them that’s part of their action plan. Don’t worry we are still being charged for care that’s not provided. We have officially ended care with this company today following us putting in a two week notice yesterday. They did not allow my children to drop off today and considered them unwelcome. So if you want a center that’s going to love and care about your kids then DO NOT go here. If you want a safe place to send your kids, DO NOT go here. Some of the teachers are great but the management has made them all want to leave. So do yourself a favor and leave while you can. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This was my first time ever signing up for daycare,( I was a stay at home mom & only let family watch my kiddos) I was skeptical about any daycare in general & visited other places to get an idea of what to expect, but Oralabor KinderCare changed that for me. From the first time I came to the tour they gave me such a great insight on what to expect. It is such a great place! Me and my family absolutely LOVE the staff!! I have a 6yr old & 7m old who attend this place, My 6yr old practically tells me he rather go to daycare than school! As for my 7m old she smiles at her teachers at drop off every morning. They never fail to give you a warm welcome every time you step in the building, and I never worry when my kids are with them! I highly recommend this place to all families especially those who are wary of daycares, I promise they go above and beyond for your children’s needs. Because of them I’m able to work comfortably knowing my children are being well taken care of. Thanks for everything Oralabor team !

We love Oralabor KinderCare! The teachers and directors are top notch! Our son went into kindergarten this year, following three years at this KinderCare, and the experience made his adjustment smooth — he was well-prepared both socially and academically. We can't say enough good things about the curriculum and all the fun and special activities they do each and every day for the kids. It's been a great fit for our family!

Our son LOVES Kindercare. Every single day when we arrive, he can’t wait to get out of his car seat to hug his teachers. He is so happy there and has grown so much. As a parent, I feel so confident knowing that they are very attentive to his needs and that he looks forward to going. My favorite thing about Kindercare is that every teacher knows my son’s name - even the ones not in his classroom. They say hi and bye before we leave each day. It makes us feel like we’re part of a big family, and that’s exactly what I hoped for in a childcare center.

My family and I absolutely love Oralabor KinderCare. The director, assistant director, and teachers all make my kiddos feel so very special. Everyone there has a smile on their face and is extremely welcoming. My kids look forward to running in each morning and it brings my heart so much joy seeing that. They are very good and communication, keep the center very clean and organized, and plan lots of fun extra activities for the classes to participate in.
