I was extremely nervous putting my newborn into daycare, even though he is my third. My older two always went to grandparents and started when they were toddlers. But toddler town put my nerves to rest my first walk-through and every day since. My little one is always so happy there. I would recommend them to anybody. They are a great team, and truly care about the kids.
Tiffani MichaelJan 15, 2026This daycare staff is the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I personally spent half an hour of the day visiting my son in his 2 year old class. In this time, I watched children get ahold of cleaning chemicals, children eating drywall from a hole in the wall, children were hitting and not even being supervised. Teachers left the room (out of ratio) without even communicating with each other. Valeria is very dramatic and cared more about being my friend than caring for my son. I was sent photos of other peoples children and also was told personal info. There were cell phones being used very very regularly. Also, children were outside in very hot weather without shade, active supervision, or water. I walked in with my son off one morning to see four children in his room without NO ADULT. He was bitten on his face and bruised, sent home with serious marks and no report. Staff never had any answers. My son had a clear bite ON HIS FACE and no one saw? Nobody looked my son in his face that whole day? These people are babysitters, IF THAT. Avoid sending your children here if you care an ounce about their well-being, safety, or social development.

Kay RiosJun 6, 2025Choosing a daycare is always a difficult task. My children started not long after toddler town opened and we haven’t had a single issue. The director and her family are wonderful and the staff does a great job with the children. My children look forward to going and that speaks volumes.
