We could not have asked for a more rewarding experience during our time at KinderCare. From infant to toddler stage, our daughter gained invaluable skills through thoughtfully designed curriculum and benefited from daily activities and social settings spanning all aspects of childhood development. Most importantly, her teachers provided a personal touch that was unparalleled. The teachers and directors at this center truly care about each one of their kiddos and go out of their way to make a personal impact. The teachers are knowledgeable, insightful, and have the biggest hearts. Even a month after leaving (due to a house move), our daughter still asks for her toddler room teachers and lights up talking about them. Thank you, KinderCare for everything!

We cannot express how much we adore the team at the West Des Moines KinderCare. Our son has been attending since he was 3. He is 5 now. The teachers care about the kids and the families and do everything to ensure their safety and well-being. They provide an incredible curriculum and my son has flourished well beyond our expectations. They take the time to work with each child and create fun lesson plans to engage the kids. Every day we drop him off there are never tears! The entire team- from the Director April, Assistant Director Lauren to Ms Amanda & the other teachers- goes above and beyond. We trust them 100% and know that they treat my son with the utmost respect and caring that we could ever ask for. We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful school for our son.

My autistic daughter was going here for about 3 weeks and it seemed like a good fit for the first week and a half but as the days kept going on. It was clear they didn't want to deal with her and the severity of her autism, after reassuring us over and over that this was a good fit for her. My daughter's mother and me paid a lot for her to go here to ensure that she would be taken care of and in good hands. However, she was not and my daughter's mother ended up losing her income because of their inconsistently not only did they refuse to refund the day she was sent home early and the days they wouldn't let her attend it was a hassle to get back what they owed after they expelled her from the program. Not only that they flat out refused at first. The fact that they have to bribe the parents for positive Google reviews speaks volumes. I strongly do not recommend this place to anybody who loves their special needs children.

We have been with kindercare for over a year now. There has been some struggles with staffing issues but those have slowed down with the new staff. I can tell the teachers really do care about each child when they have something fun to share each day. My daughter can be shy with new people however she likes her teachers and friends. We've experienced the infant and troddler rooms and can't wait to continue our learning journey!

We have had wonderful experience at West Des Moines Kindercare! We love watching our daughter learn new things from school everyday. Teachers are kind, caring and supportive. My daughter really loves her teachers and that’s how we know they really take good care of her. They often communicate and update activities and photos through Kindercare app which is very user friendly. The facility is nice and clean.
