We have had the best child care experience at Zuma Zoo! The staff was fantastic with our two year old who initially had a hard time at morning drop offs. There is a great daily routine, and the kids loving having their own 'school', just like their big brothers and sisters. We've been exceptionally pleased with the baby room as well. Our little guy always comes home happy and rested!
Whitney BaethkeJan 24, 2017I would never take my child here. I pulled my child from Zuma Zoo care. When I turned in 3 week written notice we were treated even more poorly. The owner was completely disrespectful towards us. We also didn't get all of our items that we brought to daycare when my child started there. No one answers the phone. Diapers changes are an issue and "teachers" aren't in the correct rooms when they should be. They don't follow state guidelines. I didn't realize how many rules were being broken until I took my child to a new center. Awful feeling dropping my child off here.
