  • Our son has been in care here since he was an infant. I've been so impressed with the quality and love from each of the teachers he's had. He is now in the 3 year old preschool and is doing amazing. I love his teacher and her kind ways to direct and teach him and his friends! I highly recommend this center!

  • My three year old loves her class and teachers at Centennial. Last year was her first year attending and the loving environment was exactly what she needed. Ms. Tara and Ms. Autumn communicated well and really went out of their way to make my daughter’s time there special.

  • My daughter used to go to this daycare years ago. She loved it, as did I. I recommended this daycare to my sister. But this past year hasn’t been the best for my sister and nephew. They got a new Director, Rose. Ever since then this place has gone down hill. Please, don’t take your kids here. Just no. Your kids will have problems and so will you.

  • Not something you would expect from a Church Daycare you’ve paid almost 14K **This review is a 0 for putting a family in a painful bind at the last minute! This should be my son's 5th year in their Summer Program. He also attended year-round, just recently part time due to COVID changes in the world but was planning on full time Summer as usual. New Director Rose- Poor Communication- Poor Ethics- Poor Person! - Who still hasn’t tried to reach out and make anything right. No apology … nothing Rose is not new to Centennial per was a Teacher for their school- this is the 3rd or 4th Director since my sons has been going May of 2017. Long story short- Within a week of becoming Director Rose thought it would be funny to give away Summer Spots that belonged to long lasting members. Maybe those that just moved to the area or maybe those who go to the church/school are more important. My son was verbally confirmed multiple times over the last few months to continue through the summer as he did every year. Never did anyone hand me a Summer form to complete at any time this year 2021. To be honest I believe last year we were already well within the Summer Program when Chelsea gave me the form to quickly complete so it would be on file. Never has there been a formal process at Centennial nor was I told if I didn’t have the Summer form returned by 5/24 that my son would lose his spot that was already confirmed. Remember I'm go to Centennial weekly and never did anyone give me the form. My son’s teacher and I had a long chat on 5/27 when I dropped him off for the day. We talked about their Summer plan for this year and studying culture. My son did come home that night and tell me he noticed his teacher and Rose getting into an argument after I left on 5/27... hmmm…. is this because Rose knew she took my sons spot and gave it to someone else without telling me or his teacher??? Still Rose has not called or reached out at all, maybe because it was about to be a Holiday weekend and she didn’t care. When I returned on 6/1/2021 as normal... remember My son has not been withdrawn from this daycare in 4 years at any time!!! I was told by Rose that my son no longer had a spot because I didn't respond to her email???? Communication via email has NEVER been the way Centennial has communicated with me. In fact, I’ve sent emails in the past that were ignored so, I ended up having to text the Director at that times personal #. If the communication process changed great…. But call or talk to your long-term members and make sure you have their information correct and let them know of the change. Never did Rose try to call or talk to me when she has seen me dropping of my son many times in the prior weeks. Also, the email that was sent went to my work email... Come on… anyone and everyone in the Valley knows most places are short staffed and emails can get missed and even go into a junk folder. (No follow up email received). I was unaware I needed to watch for an email to keep my son enrolled. Instead, I showed up the day after a Holiday to find out after 4 years I no longer have childcare over a missed email. This is simply poor business ethics. Now, I'm still struggling to find something for the Summer because it’s too late and everything is full. This is how locals are getting treated with the new local growth…. Way to go Rose!!! I'm surprised but I guess not surprised that a Church Organization thought this was ethical. No, I do not attend church at Centennial nor does my son attend school at Centennial because I couldn't afford both their childcare and school costs together. Please note I have now paid Centennial close to 14K. In the last year he didn’t even attend most of the time due to remote learning and Centennial not being able to accommodate, but I still paid to hold my sons spot. Last thought…. In the last 6 months or so Centennial had a teacher that was all over the News…. In fact, there was a Channel 7 post about it on Facebook with a ton of negative comments about Centennial…. But I had their back… Lame.

  • My daughter has been attending since 6 weeks old, she is 4 now. I appreciate this Christ centered environment for my child. I have always felt this place to be welcoming and safe. If there was ever a concern it was address and resolved. It is high quality for the value you pay. My grandchildren and church friends bring their kids. This is a treasure in the Canyon county area. A big plus my child it encouraged to use her Spanish with staff. Super satisfied!
