Amazing Daycare! Everyone is friendly and kind to the children, Director Heidi was also quick at answering all my questions and gave a fantastic tour. I was worried about leaving my child in a new place but they took to the new environment fast and told me how much they love their teacher!

I absolutely love Little Sprouts! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel like part of their family. They go above and beyond to create a warm and nurturing environment that is perfect for children to learn and grow. The lessons and crafts are always engaging and so freaking adorable! I saw so much progress and joy in children since joining. The positive, uplifting energy at Little Sprouts is totally contagious, and I have absolutely loved getting to know wonderful parents as well. It’s 100% a community that cares about each and every child’s success and happiness. I could not ask for a better place for little ones to learn and to thrive. Sabrina is a dear friend and she takes care of her staff and the families that are at the center. She also offers many community activities throughout the year that bring people together. Highly recommend!

I want to start by saying that I had high hopes for this daycare, especially since Sabrina was once a family friend. Unfortunately, I deeply regret giving this place a chance. Unless your child is related to one of the staff members, any concern you bring up will likely be pushed to the bottom of the priority list. My daughter has been repeatedly mistreated and bullied by both teachers and staff. My daughter has told me teachers would tell her she would get “pow pows” for not listening and on more than one occasion she wasn’t allowed to go potty forcing her to have accidents. Over the past few weeks, she has told me that three specific children have been calling her awful names and even getting physical with her. I’ve reported these incidents to Heidi and other staff members several times. About a week ago, I personally witnessed a staff member, Zoie, yelling at my daughter. I requested that the video footage be reviewed and trusted that Sabrina and Heidi would prioritize my child’s well being. This behavior was shrugged off by multiple staff as a “stern voice”. Upon further investigation here it was brought to my attention that not only was the teacher caught we yelling at my daughter, but her daughter hit my daughter. Yesterday was the final straw. My daughter came home and told me that two of the same children from previous incidents followed her into the bathroom and punched her in the eye. I immediately went to Heidi and expressed that this was completely unacceptable and that I no longer felt my daughter was safe at this facility. Instead of showing concern, Heidi became defensive and attempted to place blame on me and my daughter for what happened and past incidents that were never brought to my attention. After this conversation, I demanded access to all relevant video footage and updates on my daughters well being throughout the day. I have yet to receive any type of video, even thought Sabrina herself said she would get me the videos. Against my better judgment I made the call to still leave for work. About 20 minutes after I left, Heidi called to inform me that the center had decided to terminate my daughter’s enrollment. At this point I’m not sure if I’m blocked or calls are being screened as I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone. I would strongly urge other parents to look elsewhere for childcare. The favoritism here is blatant, accountability is nonexistent, and the environment is unsafe for children. I have filed both a police report and a formal complaint with the Department of Health and Welfare, and I will be following up on both.

We love Little Sprouts at Peace Valley. Our little man has been going about a month and we have noticed he is more outgoing and creative getting to interact with the other children and he loves Cristina and her daughter! I trust them whole heartedly and am glad to have found a loving caring place to take our son plus they have great food options and he loves all of it! Sabrina is a great owner and definitely takes care of the children and the parents.

My grandson started going to the peace valley location about 3 months ago. I absolutely LOVE this daycare! Sabrina (the owner) is amazing. I want to specifically mention crystal and allissa (sp?) in the infant room. They have been so amazing with my grandson and I want you ladies to know I appreciate you so much!
