  • Overland Montessori is the absolute best Montessori, and we are so lucky to have found them. My son has been going here for 2.5 years, and he is always happy and so excited to teach us what he is learning every day and just started reading by himself at 5 thanks to this wonderful school. Director Shannon Higginbotham is amazing, and all her handpicked teachers are top tier, especially, Miss Erika. We can't say enough great things about Overland Montessori and are thankful for the education they provided to our son! Highly recommend!

  • We were so blessed to get our son into this school shortly after moving here. (As he always tells me, it's not daycare, it's school!) And he loved it there. He just left to attend a charter school and he's starting out with a solid foundation in reading, writing, math and science. The teachers here are amazing and definitely instill a love of learning. They also did a great job helping the kids learn how to work out their differences and informing/involving parents where needed. So much emotional, social and academic growth happened here for our son and we miss Overland already.

  • My 6 year old daughter is graduating from Overland Montessori's Kindergarten program and has been going here for 2 1/2 years. I can't say enough about this school, the Director and staff. My daughter has gained so much knowledge and a passion for learning. She loves helping the teachers and younger students. I know that having her attend Overland Montessori has created a fantastic foundation for her upcoming years in the public school system. Each of the staff members has an open communication with parents and we have always been free to call or stop by anytime. The teacher/student ratio is great and I know my daughter received a lot of 1:1 time from the teachers which is invaluable...she is reading at a 3rd grade level and is unstoppable! Many thanks to Overland Montessori for a fantastic program! **As an update, Feb 2016: My daughter has been going to public school now for about 6 months and she is excelling at the reading, writing, and especially on an emotional level, Overland Montessori really sets their kids up for success. She is such a well rounded little girl who is curious and loves to learn! My 2nd daughter will be going here when she is old enough.
