We were very happy with our daughter 's time at Palouse Early Learning Center! She just started kindergarten and was well prepared at her kindergartner assessment. She always wanted to go each day and came home very happy. The staff and Tami were easy to work with and their love of working with the children is evident! Definitely recommend.
GljacAug 27, 2025An Amazing 7-Year Experience at PELC Our family had the pleasure of being part of Palouse Early Learning Center (PELC) for the past 7 years, and it was a positive and rewarding experience for our children! The only reason we left was because I had our fourth child and made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom — otherwise, we would have happily stayed even longer! From day one, the staff at PELC has been wonderful. I especially appreciated how welcoming and sweet Tami & the teachers were to both my children and to me as a parent. My oldest was there from the age of 3 months old to until she began Kindergarten. She has done so well in school and I give all the credit to PELC for preparing her to succeed in class! Over the years, our children were given a good foundation socially, emotionally, and academically. The care and attention they received helped them grow into confident, curious learners! I also really appreciated PELC’s setup – they have a fenced little playground area outside, all the classrooms are open and together for the most part, and lots of light in the classrooms! Not only do they treat every child with kindness and respect, I know they also strive to make learning fun and engaging. They also kept our children’s safety a top priority We always felt fully informed and involved, thanks to excellent communication and regular updates from both Tami and the teachers. We’ll always look back on our time at PELC with gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such an incredible 7 years!
Christiania NewAug 21, 2025I’ve written a review in the past. But wanted to write another as both of my children have now graduated from PELC and are elementary school students. PELC has been a wonderful/reliable and safe environment for my children. 8 years of childcare with them and I have always felt that my children received top quality and compassionate care. I have and will always continue to recommend PELC to families. My children both left PELC ready and prepared for kindergarten. Thank you to Tami and Kayla and all the wonderful teachers for many years of care.
N G.Jun 6, 2025I really love all of the teachers that work there. They work hard to create a fun learning environment and care a lot for their students. My baby is developmentally ahead and always happy. She loves her teachers and getting to play with the other babies. This is also one of the few childcare centers on the Palouse that is not religiously affiliated. We love Tami and Kayla
Courtney SwansonJan 11, 2025My two daughters have been enrolled in this school for over a year now. We love PELC. I really appreciate how organized and consistent they are. They offer a lot of educational programming, small field trips, constant communication, and most importantly a sense of safety. As someone who has been a hiring manager in town, it's safe to say that staffing your business in Moscow is a never ending job. Staff turnover is something we experienced at previous daycares we have been enrolled in -- not just this one. The girls love and miss all of our past teachers and love all of the teachers currently working there. I highly recommend Palouse Early Learning Center!
Colleen LopezJan 8, 2025Everyone at PELC is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to safety and child development, and the administrators are kind and explain everything really clearly. Tami does a great job of letting staff know exactly what their responsibilities are every day that they work. For the staff who work in the kitchen, a lot of attention is paid to making sure that all the food prepared is safe and the other teachers' breaks are covered so that kids are always appropriately supervised. It is a great place for childcare where kids can learn, be safe, and have fun!
