  • Kicked my 2 year old out for behavior he is unable to control. Emotional control his brain doesn’t understand yet. Teachers don’t pay enough attention to the little ones. Make sure your kid is perfect or else you will get kicked out as well. Needs more staffing as well.

  • The team at SBA Sandpoint does a great job! Real the manager is awesome and always available and very down to earth! The strand is friendly and my kid is always happy when I pick him up! We’ve been there for over 2 years and except that fact that I would love to see more organic food and less processed food on the menu ( I’ve already asked about it but their hands are tied because it’s how they get their funding, they have to follow the menu given to them) that’s about all I have to say I would like to see improved!

  • Storybook's dedication to ensure nurture and education when working with children truly showes in the work they do! With Parent engagement activities to home cooked meals and the personal relationships with staff. It's really a second home to my son. I will recomend time and time again!

  • Storybook was everything we were looking for in a daycare. They were flexible and accommodating to our needs, responsive to calls and e-mails, great about sending updates, and organized. They seemed to work well as a team and communicated well amongst themselves too. More importantly, all the staff were very friendly and treated our kiddo very well. It was always a joy to drop off and pick up my son and see the fun activities he had been doing all day. Daycare workers deserve so much credit for doing a difficult and exhausting job, and these ladies manage to do it while still being kind and patient to the kids. We highly recommend!!!
