This place is messy. i needed the address to the place so i could go for the appointment to register my child and they were completely clueless. how do you not know the address where you work? especially working with children if they ever had to call 911 they wouldn’t know where they are. the lady on the phone asked 3 people then had to look it up. they weren’t sure how to work the computer so i could sign my child in. over all it’s just an unprofessional environment this is my experience.
Eli HarperAug 3, 2026I understand that this service is free and it’s supposed to help out parents. But my child was there for about 5 minutes and will never return again. I was sitting in my car because I was upset about leaving my child and he was crying when I left. A couple minutes pass and I see my child running outside by himself and nobody chasing after him. My child is 2. The two teachers seem clueless on what they’re supposed to be doing. I got out of my car and started screaming for my child and I went to go get him eventually three people came. I was told it was a supervisor and his two teachers they completely ignored the fact that I was there. my child had tripped and they were just laughing and picked him up and brought him inside by the time I got to the door I had to knock and they let me in acting completely clueless. I had told them that I seen what happened no apology or anything from them they just had to keep reassuring me and telling me that they need me to know that they were right there and it was only a second. Anything could happen and if they were right there and watching him how did he get out of the door? This place is a mess.
