  • Veronica was the home teacher I worked with. very rude. Very inconsiderate of my time I was missing to have my daughters in the program would make a big deal of start time of appointments and arrive late I would not waste your time with wicap only because it’s funded through the government they act this way towards those who could use the assistance which is a shame like I said my first and last time dealing with them

  • Not very friendly the front desk lady talks to you like your a bother to her. She can barely get up to make copies of your papers or get you help.
