  • Very disappointed with our experience. I called three different times and left voicemail messages each time, but no one ever returned my calls. Since I wasn’t getting a response, my family and I went to the office in person to ask about daycare services. The front office employee simply handed us a brochure. When we asked several questions, she seemed dismissive and told us someone would call us back. Unfortunately, we never received a phone call. What disappointed us the most was that we weren’t even given the opportunity to tour the facility or learn more about the program. As parents looking for childcare, communication and customer service are extremely important, and this experience left us feeling ignored and unwelcome. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I hope they improve their communication and how they treat prospective families in the future.

  • Best daycare in the area. We’ve stayed with them from birth, through covid and pre K. Excellent staff. Amazing communication. She was always happy there and well cared for. Very rarely ill from daycare exposures. She learned so much in the pre K. Just exceptional experience for my one and only 😍

  • From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the warm, welcoming environment. The staff are exceptional. They are not only highly skilled professionals but also genuinely caring individuals who make every effort to ensure each child feels safe and loved. Our child has developed so much under their guidance, both socially and intellectually. The daily activities are thoughtfully planned and incorporate learning through play, which we appreciate immensely. Communication with the staff is fantastic. We receive regular updates on our child's progress and any concerns are promptly addressed. Overall, we couldn't ask for a better daycare for our child. 10th Street has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing environment where their child can thrive.

  • The decision to send our daughter to daycare in general was not easy, but from the moment we toured 10th Street, we knew it was the right fit for our family. Our daughter attended daycare there for about a year (before I decided to stay home) and she was always greeted with a smile and very well cared for. Every staff member was warm and welcoming. All indoor and outdoor spaces were clean, safe, and inviting. She learned so much in her short time there and I was so sad to see her leave. I love that they have cameras in all classrooms so parents can check in throughout the day. Their app is awesome, too! I loved getting updates and pictures throughout the day. 10th Street was a wonderful decision for our family!

  • Please do not send your children here. Both of my children started at 15 weeks old until they were 3. I heard it was the best intown and it seemed nice and safe with the live view cameras. A few weeks into the preschool room I found out a teacher was taking my son into the bathroom (where there are no cameras) and was shaking and choking him. I immediately reported to CPS as I took him to the hospital after he told me and after a few month long investigation was told since there was no footage there was nothing that could be done. The Director and owner both were very shady and wanted to “look into it themselves” before reporting it when I told them. As childcare providers they are also mandatory reporters and must report suspected abuse asap which they did not do. Instead they covered their tracks and had the teacher resign before doing so. In sharing my story I’ve heard from many sources that they’ve been investigated on multiple occasions due to abuse. Please take your kiddos to a safe place who really cares about their well being and not money. 10th street is not what is seems. **update, the teacher that did this to my child is BACK working there also** review their reports and violations. They’ve been cited for their disciplinary ways. Attached is the things they’ve been reported for .

  • We absolutely LOVE 10th Street Children's Academy! Our 2.5 year old daughter loves her teachers and has learned so much. Getting the pictures through the app makes our day, especially seeing her play with friends.
