My niece goes to this facility and it has been one of the best experiences I have ever seen in a daycare. The professionalism expressed at this facility is unmatched. The workers make sure my niece is well taken care of and the Director works well with parents to make sure they have everything they need in and out of the daycare. It sucks that people will talk down on a facility when they are the one incapable of showing professionalism but i know for a fact that the Director and staff make sure they leave and unforgettable experience of comfort and ease when leaving your child in their care. Thank you guys for loving on my niece she is like my own child!
Ariann RogersDec 12, 2024I thought I’d have a better experience with my daughter here since I know one of the owners and worked there but as a worker there is poor management and instead of addressing the problem I was gaslit and told I was a liar and creating drama like black people always do. I was told me having car issues was suspicious even though they told me not to come in. I had no problems with the staff until I heard a child and their parent being discussed negatively by the director in front of the children. I don’t think this is a bad daycare, but I personally cannot trust they will be unbiased towards my child after this experience and after comments made about black people when I tried to address my grievances.
Bryanna HamiltonDec 10, 2024My oldest went here and now my toddler is currently enrolled here . It's been 4 years and I've never had a problem. The staff are top tier. I appreciate every single one of them.
Shola OlasupoNov 17, 2024My oldest graduated from here and now my toddler has been attending here since the age of 1. My oldest still gets excited whenever she gets to tag along to pick to up her sister because she know she’s going to see her old teachers. I love every single staff that works here. Mr.Will and Mrs.Ro are great examples to their staffs. All the staffs are very respectful and welcoming. They have been consistent with care since 2020. I love the fact that my Procare is updated daily with activities that my baby is doing. 10/10 , I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone in need of childcare .
Harriet AgyemangSep 13, 2024I placed my daughter her a month back through an agency. I never got a tour of the daycare nor did I meet the teachers. The day I placed her here and received her back she had poop on her and it was recorded that she only ate and was fed once in the portal. The times that she was fed and change didn’t make sense to me. My baby is 4 months and I change and feed her every 2-3 hours. I took her out the same day and never came back. I never received an explanation from the director or no apologies. I was just “another parent with child” and not respected as a person. Just my experience.
Naomi SJun 3, 2024My family and I absolutely LOVE AFCII! All four of our children have attended this location and they love it! All of the teachers are amazing kind, caring and attentive. The curriculum is wonderful. They are always ready to provide resources if/or when needed. Mrs. Ro and Mr. Wilk are passionate with this place and it’s shows!
