The Carol Robertson Center is an exceptionally caring and professional childcare provider who is committed to learning through play in a safe and loving environment. The Carol Robertson Center is a driven and dedicated person, and she has selected exceptional staff to work with our children. We will give away our 3 children and have no intention of sending our children anywhere else. I totally recommend the Carol Robertson Center as a nanny.
Daryika TagaevaOct 19, 2022The teachers were just mean to me. The GED teacher was wrong about what the science GED test would ask us. The teacher also wasn't good at language arts. But I overcame everybody in there and got my GED. It's a damn disgrace on the teachers part.
Jesus GarciaMar 25, 2020The best example for a bureaucrat place! One time I was walking on the street nearby, then suddenly I was eager to use bathroom. I went to this center and asked if I could use their restroom. And I was told that they only allow people who had activities in that center to use it. I should have asked them: as employees there, you also don't have activities to attend, shall you also use its restroom?
Katsura EAug 7, 2019My daughter was in the Head start program at Albany Park, the staff is so nice and they try to help you the best that they can. The teachers care so much about the kids. Everyone was always saying how they loved how helpful and loving my daughter is. I highly recommend for anyone to put their kids in the Head Start program.

Questions parents ask about ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER
Is ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER a licensed child care provider in Illinois?
- Yes. ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER holds Illinois licence 279126, listed as "Pending renewal application (RN)" by the Department of Children and Family Services, licensed as a day care center in Cook County. Confirm current standing at sunshine.dcfs.illinois.gov before enrolling.
What ages does ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER accept?
- Illinois licenses ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER for children 6 weeks to 12 years during the day, with a licensed day capacity of 229. The span is what the licence permits, not a statement of which ages have places free.
What languages are spoken at ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER?
- The licence record lists Arabic, English, Spanish. That is what the provider reported to the state, not a guarantee that a speaker is on site at every hour.
Does this page show inspection results for ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER?
- No. Illinois publishes monitoring and licensing reports going back to 2010 through Sunshine at sunshine.dcfs.illinois.gov. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects ALBANY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the monitoring record.
