  • Mi experiencia fue decepcionante. Llegué interesada en conocer el centro para mi hijo de casi 4 años y esperaba poder hacer un recorrido antes de tomar una decisión, como ocurre en la mayoría de los preescolares que he visitado. Sin embargo, me informaron que primero debía hacer el cambio de proveedor e iniciar el proceso de inscripción antes de conocer las instalaciones, pregunte si decido inscribirlo tendrían cupo? Primero me dijeron para septiembre y si trae los documentos mañana puede empezar el lunes pero sin haberme dado nada para llenar no sé a qué documentos se referían, al final me dieron un precio que sentí que fue al azar ya que no tomaron en cuenta mi aplicación CCAP, la cual les expliqué varias veces que era la actualizada. Como madre, considero que es importante poder ver el ambiente donde estará mi hijo, conocer a las maestras y hacer preguntas antes de comprometerme con una inscripción. Además, sentí poca disposición para responder mis dudas y la atención no fue tan cálida como esperaba. Respeto que cada centro tenga sus políticas, pero creo que una visita previa ayuda a que las familias puedan tomar una decisión informada y con confianza.

  • Es triste la directora escuche más a sus empleados, que al cliente , como papá es sumamente intranquilo saber no escuchan adecuadamente a los niños y se pongan con ellos como si los niños fueran igual de grandes e ignorantes ,alas personal nuevo le llamen capacitado - cuando se ponen con un niño y no tienen. El respeto como ellas dicen ser - es triste y no una más de una persona.- tratas de ver un problema y se asen las ofendidas ojalá - como Empleada igual te apoyen en especial cuando un papá reaccióen como debe ,
