  • Just called about enrolling my son and not only did the lady answer the phone laughing but proceeded to cut me off while I was asking a question. She transfers me to the person that does enrollment and that person hangs up on me. I call back and she now wants to argue me down that I did not just get hung up on very unprofessional I wouldn’t send my dog here

  • My son has been going to head start since he was 1.5. Very disappointed that this year at the age of 4 he didn’t get a spot because “there are to many foster kids.” And apparently they get top placement. That’s really sad that they get placement over a kid who this has been his norm for 2.5 years. Unfortunately, he’s now out of school while we try to figure something out. Never ever have I had this happen in the past eight years I’ve used head start with 4 different kids! But as soon as we moved to the Belleville Head Start we have this problem. They don’t really care about their kids here. While my baby was here he also ended up with bruises on his arm & I got the regional office involved and I whole heartedly believe my baby didn’t get to come back due to this incident.

  • Alot of the staff is very unprofessional.. It's only a few grown ups there.. I spent a lot of time at this school and it wasn't a good thing either...I love my son's teacher now...The teacher that he was assigned to told me she didn't have time to make sure he had did what he needed to in the bathroom and he was just pre-k...Alot of children started dropped without notice...I even had to call dcfs on my sons teacher and now she is no longer there..I spoke with alot of parents from other centers and they never experienced what i did...My son had home visits and no one ever showed...This facility needs alot of work..My son will not return.. .
