  We toured and researched what felt like every childcare center in the area, and Bobbie Noonan’s was the only one where we couldn’t find a single negative thing said. After experiencing the school firsthand, we can confidently say it was absolutely the right choice. The teachers are wonderful, nurturing, and create such a happy, calm environment. You can genuinely tell they love what they do and truly care about each child, which isn’t always easy to find. The level of care, communication, and attention here is exceptional. The entire team, including the teachers, staff, and director, is warm, professional, and truly invested in the well-being of the children. Bobbie Noonan’s is a wonderful place, and we recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and loving environment for their little ones!

  We are so happy with our child’s experience at Bobbie Noonan in Frankfort. The staff have created a nurturing learning environment where our child feels inspired to learn each day. Our child comes home singing songs from the school day and excited to share daily art/crafts. The growth we’ve seen in our child over the school year is remarkable (both learning and social skills/confidence). Thank you to all the nursery teachers- you establish a strong foundation for learning in our children that will last a lifetime. As parents we were also pleased with the communication from the school. We were always informed promptly and effectively- from classroom illnesses to fun class events to our child’s progress. We would highly recommend Bobbie Noonan to anyone!

  So happy with my decision to send my boys to Bobbie Noonan’s in Frankfort. The teachers are great with communicating with you about your child’s day and really prepare your child for kindergarten/grade school. I’ve seen my children’s self-confidence grow and social skills develop. All around a wonderful place for children to grow and learn.

  I am writing this review to share my experience with (Bobbie Nonnan Frankfort location) As a parent, I entrusted this daycare with the care and well-being of my child. Still, recent events have led me to question the safety and integrity of this establishment seriously. 1. On several occasions, teachers have grabbed children harshly and dragged them by the arm. 2. Teachers have been heard yelling at children and creating a hostile environment. 3. There were instances where children were left unattended for prolonged periods, leading to unsafe situations. 4. Teachers telling children not to play with other children. These actions have had a noticeable negative impact on the children, including mine. When these issues were brought to the management's attention, she supported the teachers and not the children. The same behavior continued with the mistreatment of the children, where DCFS had to be called. There seemed to be a lack of accountability, and no significant measures were taken to address these concerns. The safety and well-being of our children should be the highest priority, and unfortunately, this daycare does not meet that standard.
