  • We have had the best experiences here! Our daughter has been here for more than a year and we have been so happy. It is worth the cost. The teachers, administrators, and food are all excellent. Our daughter loves going and has learned so much. Most days she is not ready to leave when we come pick her up!

  • My daughter has been at this center for 4 years, since she was 3 months old. Every teacher we have met has been wonderful! I’ve always felt comfortable leaving her here where I know she is safe and happy. She has learned so much. She has made friends that she looks forward to seeing every day, some of which she has been with since her first day. And every person that works in this building seems to know her. The administrative staff is very proactive, friendly, and helpful. They really listen and help whenever there are questions or concerns. They plan wonderful events for the kids and the families. On top of everything else, there is a lot of stability here, even through the pandemic. I cannot say enough great things about this place.

  • We have been so impressed and are so thankful that we are at BHDP. As a first time Mom, I was so nervous about making sure we found the right care for our son and a place where he would thrive when we have to be at work. From the moment we started we have been so welcomed, the teachers and staff are all friendly, everyone knows your names/faces (even with masks now!), and Jennifer the director goes out of her way to create a sense of community - which is especially difficult in these pandemic times. Our son was in infant for a year (minus a few months for the pandemic), and just started in the toddler room. He is so happy and thriving and we are also so thankful for the center's commitment to keeping a safe/clean environment during these covid times. The teachers stay on top of updates and photos throughout the day which I appreciate and are always communicating with you if you need anything or if they need anything. It's hard enough to leave your kids every day, but the pandemic added an extra layer of anxiety that they quickly squashed with their protocols, proactive communication and attention to detail. We've got #2 on the way and are both so grateful we've found such a great place for our family. Highly recommend!

  • Our daughter started at Bright Horizons right after they reopened in August 2020 and we could not be happier with how things are going. They take all precautions necessary and always communicate things changing or what is happening in the center. Everyone we have come across has been beyond great. Our daughter absolutely LOVES all of the teachers and helpers, she sometimes doesn't even want to leave at the end of the day! Keep up the great work BH Deer Park!

  • I am finally writing a review about how outstanding this school is. We are home now due to the pandemic and I cannot express enough of how wonderful everyone has been in his specific Bright Horizons. I saw my son blossom with speech and other skills since he began last August. All of the administrative staff and his teachers, Miss Lindsey and Miss Ilse (I know I am missing a lot more, but I can't remember too many names at once.) Every classroom he has been in has been wonderful. Caring teachers. Responsive to my questions. And just knowing there is a sense of well-being there. We can't wait to go back. See you soon!

  • Our son has been in the Toddler program for almost 7 months and he has really blossomed since starting at Bright Horizons. His language has exploded, his social skills are beginning to develop, and he loves his teachers and classmates. My husband and I feel great about the care and education (and awesome food!) he's receiving while we are at work.
