We loved Bright Horizons West Loop. The facility is large and incredibly clean. Our baby was in the infant room with Miss Tammy and we felt great dropping him off in the morning. He was always so happy to see Ms. Tammy and she took phenomenal care of him. We received regular photo updates throughout the day and he got to experience all sorts of new activities (painting, music etc). We spent the most time with Ms. Tammy but any interaction we had with other staff was always positive as well, they have a great team. Loved our time here.

They do so many activities to help him learn new things. They follow his schedule, the cribs for napping are great, and he loves the teachers. Conveniently located for anyone who works in the loop as well.

It’s not only convenient for commuters in the area, but more importantly, it’s staffed by truly exceptional teachers who exemplify what high-quality early childhood education and caregiving should be. This was our daughter’s first kindergarten-like experience at just 20 months old, and thanks to the nurturing environment at West Loop Bright Horizons, she thrived. Over the three days she attended, she was cared for so attentively — we received detailed daily reports, including nap times, diaper changes, and even a summary email at the end of the day with photos of her activities (thank you, Mrs. J.S., for capturing so many beautiful moments!). These updates made us feel connected and reassured as young parents. We were so impressed by how the program encouraged our daughter to explore, play, and socialize with other kids. She was always happy and comfortable while at Westloop Bright Horizons — it truly felt like a second home for her and us too! We cannot thank the teachers enough for the love, care, and dedication they showed. If we weren’t moving to the suburbs, we would seriously consider enrolling her in the full-time Bright Horizons daycare program — all because of these amazing educators. Thank you Ms. Arlisa, Ms. Nakeya, Ms. Joy, Ms. Candy and all other esteemed educators!
