Courtney ReneeJan 15, 2023I love brown bear, my youngest daughter started there at 6 weeks, along with my other 2 children who also were attending. Sadly we just moved to a different state and I truly do miss everything brown bear had to offer the teachers were great, and all around I can’t find a daycare anything close to brown bear. If I could rate them 10 stars I would, I don’t think I’ll find another daycare I loved for my children more than here!!!
Jenna GallagherJan 13, 2023The staff that manages the kids are genuinely great, they care about the children and give their best. However, management is so far out of touch it’s laughable. The head manager was alerted to one of her staff slamming children into their seats and did nothing about it. The manager in question refused any accountability, removed the offending teacher from the room for a week, then reinstated the teacher. Short version: your child would be better off on the street than here, and the issue stems from cowardly management.

I was coming from walmart and they took some toddlers to walmart and when they were walking back through the parking lot, the children were not harnessed only holding hands and 1 person had 6 kids. What if a kid took off running and got hit by a car? What then?
