  I had a disappointing experience with Busy Bees. Unfortunately, the center feels very disorganized on a day-to-day basis, and there seems to be a lack of adequate resources to properly support the children and staff. It often felt like things were reactive rather than structured or thoughtfully planned. What stood out the most was the overall focus on money rather than the quality of care. As a parent, that’s concerning- you want to feel like your child’s well-being and development are the top priority, not just enrollment numbers or fees. I really wanted this to be a positive environment, but based on my experience, there are significant areas that need improvement, especially in organization, resource allocation, and overall management priorities.

  Both of my daughters have been at Busy Bee Learning Center since they were 7 months old, and my husband and I couldn’t be more grateful. The teachers here are fantastic—they’ve done such a wonderful job introducing our girls to music, stories, and the basics of playing and sharing with others. Their classmates are a kind and diverse group of children, which makes the environment even better. It’s truly a great daycare choice for families in the South Loop and Bridgeport neighborhoods.
