  • I have been at mom at cadence for 2 years and I have two children that attend and coming from another cadence this center is wonderful. My daughter was diagnosed with autism and being nonverbal right before she turned 2 and the staff has been wonderful with her. We absolutely loved the toddlers room and I was nervous for her to go to the twos because I didn’t feel like she was ready but the Lead Teacher Courtney has been wonderful with her. For no one to have training with a special needs child my daughter is Cared for amazingly I am never called to get her on her rough days and she has only been sick with HFM once in two years. I had no issues getting my son and he is currently in the infant room and he is doing great. I would highly recommend this location. There is no favoritism with kids or families and I appreciate. My daughter loves Miss Courtney and when she is not there my baby is looking for her. The office staff is amazing and I love that will come in and help when needed.

  • My son has been going here since Fall 2023, love the staff, the learning curriculum has my son more advanced than his peers in at home daycares. They accept childcare connections which is a HUGE plus. The rooms and toys are cleaned daily, my son comes home with a smile on his face and hes made friends with pretty much everyone there. I love that I can trust them to take care of my baby.

  • My nieces and nephews and child have gone there for years. And they absolutely love how caring and loving this daycare is. They go above and beyond to make the children feel safe and loved and that the guardians are at ease knowing the kids are taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

  • 10/10 recommend! My family moved into the area around 2023 and I was nervous about my son starting a new daycare. We found and heard wonderful things about hilltop from a previous cadence that we also loved as well! My husband and I have no issues with anyone at this location, our older son had graduated pre-k from here and is now in 1st grade and in the school age room. We have an 1 year old in the infant room and soon little brother will be joining as well. Everyone is so nice and very supportive and friendly. We love everyone here! If we ever have a problem we immediately talk with the director/assistant director. They go above and beyond to help in any way, they proved that when our older boy was having some issues and they weren’t quick to just kick him out, they gave us resources and opinions on how to help him and what worked best. They helped us in every way possible and were grateful for them! Our 1 year old has some health issues and they have been very accommodating to his needs. Yes, we stress about the sickness especially when our kids are sick but that’s not on daycare. We know when one kid gets sick everyone is bound to get sick just like with HFMD we had no idea what that was til it happened, we didn’t blame daycare, we knew it was going to happen, there’s more than one baby in the infant room and when it happened we kept our son home an extra week just to make sure it was gone. We love the updates we get through out the day from the teachers. I can go on about this location 🙃 husband and I have nothing but great things to say and we’re so glad how strict they are when it comes to the cleanliness and communication and structure they have. Both of our boys enjoy going to daycare and looks forward to it every day. I mean our older one gets upset when he doesn’t have daycare because of a holiday or something lol 😂 he loves seeing his friends and teachers everyday. I would say if you’re hesitant about putting your kid/kids in daycare, take the time and go meet with the staff. Talk with them ask questions take your kid/kids let them tour the facility as well and talk with the teachers. We all have our fears of someone else taking care of our kids but I can tell you this, hilltop has some amazing teachers, everyone has been wonderful including the ladies in the office, and everyone their absolutely loves the kids. There’s teachers that our older boy knows (we don’t) because our kids are not in that class but our son speaks highly of them and vice versa and that says a lot about the facility 🙃 Thank you Hiltop for being wonderful ❤️

  • Both of my sons attend this daycare my first oldest son graduated pre k from cadence it has been a great daycare. The staff is extremely friendly and my wife and I love the staff. Yes you will see previous comments about the hand foot and mouth and let me just say this no matter what daycare your infant baby attends your baby will catch illness babies immune systems are still developing plus you mix your baby with 10 other babies yes there will be issues, but my wife and I don't see it as a daycare issue the real issue is parents really don't know what to look out for when it comes to hand foot and mouth. The director and the assistant director are extremely accommodating and will work with you by any means whether it's the payment for the week or the payment for bi weekly. If they call and you have to pick up your child they don't rush you as other daycares would. Every daycare should have strict rules and policies and I will trust any daycare that has strict policies. My oldest son loves it there and loves his friends he has met there he loves his teachers and he enjoys going to daycare everyday. My youngest son only 1 year old loves the staff as well yea he has his favorite staff members but every staff member treats both of my kids with equal respect and equal kindness and love. I highly recommend this place to any parent. Neither one of my kids has came home with head lice or bruises on them!!

  • Would not recommend. As i understand every daycare has sicknesses that go around this place will have your child sick every other week. My daughter was hospitalized for having 3 viruses at once, then was treated for thrush 6 times until i asked for bottles to not be reheated any more and switched out her binki on the wall that doesn't get washed. She had Hand foot and mouth really bad. Out of 12 babies in her infant class SIX kids went home in one day with HF&M. My child was out for over a week came back for 3 days and caught it again on top of another virus thats going around. I have seen the head teacher in the infant room feeding 5 babies oatmeal off the same plate but thought different spoons would make any difference. I have heard a teacher that is in the toddler class named Courtney that was one day in infant room when i was dropping off and over heard her make a comment saying “i dont even like babies, can i go back to my toddler class” as she proceeded to take my child out of my arms. What a comforting feeling right? There is to much child abuse in daycares these days for someone to be there only for a check and not to have the heart to LIKE CHILDREN seeing thats your JOB. They are ALWAYS under staffed and the director has to take children away from their classroom and away from learning curriculum to take them to the office because all the classes are over numbers for ratio of child to teacher. My child comes home dirty and when i say dirty i don't mean food cause thats understandable but my childs pants, socks, and or shoes should not come home dirty on a daily. Bibs and bows weren't making it home so i stopped sending her with them. She has even came home with a different bottle top and nipple that didn’t belong to us. As a first time mom this was not a comforting place to leave my child. Would not recommend.
