I couldn’t be happier with our choice to send our son to Cadence. He’s been there 2 years now (leaving for kindergarten this fall) and it’s been a very pleasant experience. Great school hours, absolutely amazing and caring staff from the director to teacher assistants. They organize great events throughout the year, facilities are new and nice decor is a bonus!
Dina PMay 28, 2024Cadence Carol Stream was fantastic! Our kids started in the infant and early preschool class, and they recently moved up to toddler and preschool. They attended for 8 months, and we would have stayed longer if we hadn't moved away! The directors Ms Andrea and Ms Carissa are knowledgeable, communicative, and wonderful with the kids. My daughter happily stops at Ms Carissa's office every day for a sticker. The kids flourished under their teacher's care - they came out of their shells and enjoyed the variety of experiences. We can't recommend them enough!
Jillian RyanMar 11, 2024Our 2 year old daughter has been going to Cadence Academy for a few months now and we love it. This is our first child, so it was extra hard picking a place and sending her off. It’s a huge decision to put your trust in someone else to watch your child and we couldn’t be happier with choosing to enroll her here. We wanted her to go to a school where there are lesson plans and she is continually learning, not just a day care. You get to see the weekly class schedules of activities each day, what the weeks learning theme is, we get real-time updates with her pictures and progress.. so we always feel informed! The staff and her teachers are wonderful and truly care about the kids and their jobs to take care of them. We are grateful we found Cadence and recommend it to everyone. Plus the updated facility and warm welcoming decor is a pleasant bonus! It’s very inviting like your walking into your house, which makes it feel like everyone is one big family there.
Donna KaiserJan 25, 2022Cadence Academy has been absolutely amazing for our daughter. We were so scared to send her to daycare after being home with her for a year and a half. From day one, they have been so kind and caring towards her and towards us as well. She runs in the building everyday excited to see her teachers and friends and she has learned so much! I love that they have structured lessons each day for all of the different ages. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Lauren VellenderOct 8, 2021(Updating my review in 2024) We were with Cadence Academy for 5+ years and were happy the entire time. We're only leaving now because we've aged out, moving into Kindergarten. The center is easy to work with (great communication, secure facility, teachers and management are very accessible for questions). The teachers wholeheartedly care for their students as their own children; They know the kids' quirks, how to soothe them, how to motivate or to make them giggle, how to shift the energy of the classroom. By taking care of our kids, Cadence did more than just enable us (as parents) to work. They helped my child *be a child*! They encouraged my child to be independent, to learn, to play, to be brave; Cadence embraced his creativity and nourished his artistic side. They also taught him a lot, while keeping the curriculum age-appropriate (ie. nursery rhymes and play-informed topical education, like learning about nature through drawing or getting outside). Cadence management was also a strong ally. Other childcare centers we attended fell apart because of poor management, but Cadence had excellent communication to parents and seemed to take good care of the teachers. Many of the teachers are long-term staff, further supporting that they're treated well. Long story, made less long - very happy to recommend Cadence, and have done so with several parents in our neighborhood. I hope your experience is as good as ours has been. --- (Original review, 2021) Our child has been attending Rainbow Academy for 2 years, since he was an infant. We've been extremely pleased and know that he's in excellent, loving care. The school communicates well with parents: Pre-COVID, we entered the classrooms to pick up our kids and would get verbal updates in addition to daily reports via an app; Post-COVID, we pickup at the front door so we've lost the direct communication with teachers, but still receive daily reports via an app. I know that if we have a concern, Rainbow's teachers and admins are available to discuss with us. The school provides safe, quality care and education at a fair rate. Very pleased with our time at Rainbow and am happy to recommend them to other families.
Steve OwenApr 7, 2021We have had both of our kiddos at Rainbow since 2019. We couldn't be happier with them as a daycare, preschool, summer camp and extended family. The teachers love our babies like their own. They communicate well and are always available when we need additional support. The staff and teachers put in so much effort to make the kids days fun and exciting. We love them!
