Wonderful experience with this daycare! Mrs. Shannon's class with Mrs. Tanya are wonderful teachers. They truly care about the kids and work on developing them as much as possible. The meal program is great too! We appreciate all of the performances, extra curricular activities and field trips!
Alex DenisenkoJun 17, 2026Two of my three kids go to this daycare. We always feel very welcomed here. All of the staff are friendly and they love children. The best thing is food. My girls love their home-cooked meals. Especially, want to thank our homeroom teachers : Olesia, Nadya, Alyona, Elena, Ulyana, Eva, Hanna, Tatyana! Administrator Katherine is very helpful and attentive , director Alla is very kind and all kids love her. Thank you so much Chateau Elite for taking care of my kids ! They love going here 💜 appreciate all people who works there!
Dinara NurseitovaMar 20, 2026We couldn't be happier with this daycare! It was amazing one and half year. Unfortunately have to move to North Carolina. A huge thank you to Miss Lena for making our morning transitions so painless and easy with her warm welcome every single day . A huge plus is the amazing meal program—my son actually eats better here than at home! Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing environment. Hope we could find same place close to our new home. Chateau - we will miss you
Nina ZhakominaMar 18, 2026My experience with this daycare started off on a positive note — my daughter loved the food, and in the beginning, she seemed to enjoy her time there. However, things drastically changed once she transitioned into the 2’s room. From that point on, it became clear that this daycare was not a supportive or nurturing environment, especially for children or families who do not speak Ukrainian. Despite my best efforts to accommodate communication differences — even speaking Russian, which both myself and the staff share as a mutual language — I was consistently met with poor communication, resistance, and eventually outright disregard. My daughter, who has a documented speech delay (which the daycare was fully informed about), was repeatedly given a pacifier against my explicit wishes. I told the staff over a year ago that we were no longer using pacifiers at home, and instead of respecting that, they not only continued its use but kept it hidden from me. The same dirty pacifier was used daily, without being returned for cleaning or sterilization. This was both unhygienic and harmful to her speech development. More concerning was the emotional toll this took on my child. She began to cry every morning on the way to daycare and showed visible relief at pickup. It was heartbreaking to see. She was singled out and treated differently, and the emotional neglect became impossible to ignore. The final straw came when I was approached by the administration and told that perhaps my daughter should be moved elsewhere, as she was “not keeping up” with the other children — a clear signal that image was more important to them than inclusivity or compassion. Unfortunately, the only positive thing I can say is that the food was great — but that alone is not enough to make up for a culture of exclusion, poor communication, and neglect. I would not recommend this daycare to families who expect a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for their children.
Susan GitermanMay 14, 2025Went there two years ago for 8 months, I wish my child did not attend that long. I thought it was my daughter not the daycare. Now, I know it was the daycare. My daughter loves her new school yet we still have consequences of her having difficulty opening up, since the teacher yelled at the kids a lot. She was in class for two year olds. Once I heard the teacher yell, that was it for me. They also did not give her much water, so she was very thirsty. She would use potty at home, but for some reason do the deed in diaper all day. I feel like kids who are younger get different experiences at day care than older kids who can speak. Management was not always nice, at times rude . It took my daughter a year to speak about her experience, it broke my heart when she said “ teacher was so mean and we were all good, she screamed a lot but we were all good”. Just because she was quiet in classroom does not mean she she was “retarted”. Another issue, teachers always rotate, they switch! Now, this just tells you that this elite daycare does not know much about attachment theory and stress for little ones when teachers rotate and there is stress with new face for young kids. When I asked about, where is the prior teacher, I was just told that they rotate. Teachers were not licensed. At pickup, I could tell teachers were not interested in kids. They would just talk among each other, kids play on their own. One time I interrupted their deep conversation with my good bye, I got almost annoyed bye back.
LuciOct 23, 2024We’re thrilled with our daycare choice! Our child eagerly looks forward to each day, thanks to the caring teachers and the fun atmosphere. Plus, knowing they prepare meals in-house adds an extra layer of comfort. Highly recommend for happy kids!
