The owner is unprofessional she left my 6 year old artistic child at the school without informing the parents. I strongly recommend to explain to her what type of autism your child have. Because she doesn't deal with all artistic children and she will not let you know. I had a couple of parents tell me she fine a sneaky way of pushing kids out. Instead of telling the parents the problem.
Serrick PruittSep 2, 2025Just recently pulled my child out of this daycare in April 2025 due to the lack of care that the facility maintains when its comes to children. I've expressed multiped times that my child doesn't leave home with bruises but when she leave this facility bruises mysterious so happen to be on her. Furthermore; they're attitudes stinks, no professionalism, and no empathy all. Understand that people work in these fields for passion reasons but if don't like working with kids please get another job if you're gonna mistreat anybody children
Erica StewartMay 8, 2025Just recently maybe in October 2024 I took my daughter out of this facility. Reason being my child continuously was bitten by other children a total of three times in the span of 5 months. I’m the type of parent that check in and want to know if my child is having difficulty settling in to a new environment. The first time my child was bit the child broke the skin and they called me and said she had a stomach ache and I need to pick her up as I arrived home, I examined my child and noticed on her hand she had dried blood and a circle. I called the day care and was told that it was not reported and they had no knowledge of it. A week later a child scratched my child all in her face so I suggested when they looked at the cameras to see what the teacher did while this happened to go back a week and tell me what happed to my child’s hand, at that time they said yes mom she was bitten and we seen it on the camera. We had a meeting with the owner and the director to which the director tried to tell me to take my child out and put her in a smaller facility because THEY WASN’T doing their jobs who wants to keep moving their child all around, but I’m all about second chances some teachers were fired I sent her back (oh and let’s not mention a teacher stole my daughter gold bracelet the police had to get involved in order to get it back). The second time she got bit on her arm I noticed it at the urgent care when she had a ear infection I took her jacket off and was in disbelief that my child had yet again been bitten in their care and it was not reported to me nothing. Again I called the director and said “did nothing happen to my child today” as I knew she said no mom why you say that and I instantly sent a picture of my child arm, again she was just as shocked as me told me she’d check the camera and indeed she had got bitten again and this happened for the third time and I just called it quits and pulled her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU SEND YOU CHILDREN HERE.
Coriyana RichardsonDec 31, 2024We will like to see our kids when we walk in, or at least install a monitor on a screen TV in the waiting area. Most daycare centers have cameras.
m whitlockNov 27, 2024I have 2 kids that attend this school and we love it. The teachers there have a healthy and caring relationship with both of my kids. It’s nice to find childcare where you feel like they are genuinely happy too see your kids coming through the door. My babies come home telling me all the things they learned (even Spanish) everyday. I’m beyond happy with my decision to have my children attend Chicago Kidz Club…
Alyssa WilliamsJun 21, 2024Love this place. They are like a huge family, so friendly at the door and polite to me and my family when we speak to them at drop off or pick up! Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs daycare services!
