  • Really unsatisfied in how I have been treated since renewing our membership. I understand needing to show proof of employment to receive a discount, which I did. I made a special trip up there to show proof AND my husband's employer called to verify. The woman working said I was good to go. However, on my second trip, I was told that my husband has to physically go up there to show proof, since it's his job receiving the discount. I feel like I am being treated like a criminal for a $7 discount. After swim lessons end, we will not be coming back.

  • Withdrew money from my account when my daughter was NOT attending and didn't call me (the parent) when they EXPECTED my daughter to be there that day and never showed up. UNSAFE

  • Apparently wearing a bikini in the pool is too much for some of the lifeguards there but last I checked bikinis were accepted there? I was told my “bottoms needed to be more full coverage because of the children here” there were maybe 2 kids both under the age of 5. The bottoms covered what they needed to cover so I don’t really appreciate being sexualized under the excuse of “the children”especially when anywhere else the swimsuit has never been a problem and multiple people were wearing bikinis as well. I was also unable to use the gym due to their lack of equipment and space, for the amount of people they let in the gym area. A whole 15 dollars for a day pass for what? Some old women to judge my body?

  • I haven't been here for awhile due to health issues so I felt very fortunate to visit and take these photos. I used the gym with no issues, actually they were very helpful showing me around. Absolute 5 Star review for this place, feel free to come yourself or bring the whole family.

  • I was really excited to sign my young son up for swim lessons. We paid $160+ for these lessons. We got there the first night and the trainer had no interest in getting him acclimated or comfortable to the water. He was signed up for the level one course. They were immediately in water that would be over his head and did not seem interested in working with him. We left as he was crying. We were told we would be refunded for the lessons but the experience was poor and unwelcoming. Think twice before signing up for swim lessons.
