  Before y’all call the cops on truck drivers that don’t stop at that first stop sign at your new location, you should remember that all of us were here long before you and building a childcare center smack in the middle of a food warehouse, two or more trucking companies was not the brightest idea you had.

  Owner doesn’t care and is disrespectful. My daughter went here for 3 plus years, over those three years I had many issues with her outfits disappearing. The staff don’t handle children who act out, rather they let your child experience the bad behavior. The staff will have private conversations about your children on the weekends as if confidentiality isn’t a thing. The owner hires her kids and her friends and they do nothing but talk about everyone. I tried addressing many issue with the owner, she ignores you. Worse then that, my daughter was bullied by a girl for MONTHS and when i addressed the staff about it, i was told that she has a bad home life and there aware of this but never reported it; rather just let my child be bullied for months. My daughter came home in tears multiple times. When working in childcare you’re supposed to protect them and watch them, we pay these people to care for our kids and they don’t even do that. I would not recommend this place.

  Owner is disrespectful. Staff doesn’t know how to calm down a child from a tantrum even though that’s their job. They claim my son was having issues transitioning to a new room and schedule but he had altogether transitioned into 4 different rooms and schedules before the newest room and he had no issues at all. The behavior they claim he has while at daycare is NEVER seen at home or in any other public place or friends house. I feel that my son was provoked and that was his reasoning for acting out. Had a meeting to discuss my sons “behavior issues” and owner was told NOT to take a video of my son during tantrums, yet she took a video anyway. When retrieving my sons belongings from inside the daycare I was made to wait outside and it would be brought to me, however while I was buckling my son into his car seat, his cheese that was there to act as a treat and to redirect him was just tossed onto the ground by the owner. When I asked for his applesauce I was told it was all gone. A 12-pack of applesauce pouches gone in two days? I don’t think so. I was then brought said applesauce that was “gone”.
