Absolutely loved coming here. Came here for wheelchair fitting for my daughter and learned they offer SO MUCH amazing things. All the staff members were so sweet and wonderful and just really helpful. It was so refreshing.
julia HeffnerAug 11, 2026My son has had an excellent experience at this location, Loving and caring therapist. My son love coming to this location. Perfect this I highly recommend it.
Marlene VazquezFeb 7, 2025We had THE best experience with this location. We were here for the pediatric team evaluation for medical and autism diagnosis. Our providers were : Stephanie R Katie S Karrie R Michele P Keri J Jessica C My son loved them all! && the wait time for appointments were all in the ten - fifteen minute time frame of start time. Parking is hit or miss but they do have a lot in front of the location it’s marked with red fences. But if you pull Into the lot for main area in the back there is special parking for people going through the evaluation marked as “client family parking” the lobby is huge with toys and books and usually animal planet on the tv. Front desk has been super nice every time I’ve gone. The doors are automatic opening so this is the only down side as my son obsesses with the mechanics of sliding doors and so for me there is no sit time in the lobby because the parking street entrance if two feet from the open door and my son is a runner ! But if I got give this place ten stars I would. Thank you everyone and we hope to see ya for summer activities 🫶🏼
RI KOct 12, 2023I was under the impression this facility was going to help my premature child, only to find out from experience its nothing but empty promises and waits. The specialist there is extremely forgetful (Diane). I had to reach out every day for almost 3 weeks to find out if she contacted my daughter's school team. Her response was she was too busy with other clients to send out a 5 minute email.
Emilie MoreMar 12, 2022Very nice. Everyone nice in there.
Jean LawrenceJul 8, 2021Came to Easter Seals based on a recommendation from our speech therapist at Troy pre-school. We enrolled our son for just the summer group so he had something to help bridge the gap during the summer when there was no speech at the school. Glad we were able to get into a group! My son loves coming each week. Staff is friendly and makes sure the kids are safe. Even makes a craft every week!
