My daughter has attended Bright Horizons Ecolab for 3 years. She absolutely loves going to school each day. Her teachers have all been warm and supportive. They make my child feel safe and well-loved while she is there! Each classroom has been a unique experience, but they have all been perfectly matched to her developmental milestones. She has grown so much academically, but also socially. They work on academics, managing emotions, and on life-skills. The directors are supportive and always available to answer questions. They know each child personally and are involved in the classrooms on a regular basis. The other attending families are so kind and welcoming. Bright Horizons has become a second home for us. Choosing this school was the best decision for my family. My daughter is happy, well cared for, and growing leaps and bounds in her education.
Kristin CibulkaApr 25, 2026We absolutely LOVE Bright Horizons Ecolab. Our 2 yr old has been here for almost 2yrs now and our 4yr old son attends as a drop in and during the summer for the preschool summer camp! (They do have preschool and pre-k but he attends district preschool for his speech therapy and OT services) Lauren and Alyssa are just amazing and it shows everywhere in the center. Everyone is knowledgeable about curriculum and events. All of the teachers seem to know every child in every room and I truly feel like they love all the children like their own. Communication is top tier. You always know exactly what is happening day to day from toileting, to feeding, to arts/crafts, stem, mindfulness and recess. I have noticed their turnover rate must be extremely low as all of the teachers we started with are still here. My son went through 6 teachers in less than a year at his old daycare. The teachers at BH Ecolab are the best as well! They deal with my son’s social/emotional delays flawlessly and never make us feel like he is a burden. Our 2yr old daughter is very picky about other people but she took to the staff at Bright Horizons immediately! That’s how good they are! For our family BH at Ecolab is the best thing that has ever happened to us. We have no family in this state so we have to rely heavily on outside help to fill the village void in our lives. BH has gone above and beyond that for us. We had given up on finding a diverse atmosphere in Naperville to raise our children but we got to BH and found exactly that! They have staff from all walks of life and different backgrounds and it’s truly the best feeling to have teachers for our kids that also look like them. During summer our son was so excited he also got to experience having a male teacher for the first time. So, if you are looking for a center with great pricing, reliable trustworthy care, open communication, diversity, great leadership, low turnover, minimal school closing days and host lots of events throughout the year to socialize as families, Bright Horizons @ Ecolab is a must!
Christina PickettFeb 16, 2026Our daughter has now been attending Bright Horizons at Ecolab Early Education and Preschool for a month, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, Lauren Ruka, the Center Director, has set the tone for the warm, nurturing, and professional environment that makes this center so special. Her leadership shines through in every classroom and interaction — you can feel the care and positivity the moment you walk through the doors. Starting daycare can be a big adjustment for little ones (and parents, too!), but Lauren and her incredible team handled every step of the transition with such patience and compassion. What were once tearful drop-offs are now effortless goodbyes — and the funny part is that pick-ups have become the challenge, because Layla often doesn’t want to leave! She’s always eager to finish coloring, keep playing, or spend more time with her new friends — a true testament to how safe and happy she feels at Bright Horizons. This first month has been packed with wonderful, engaging activities. From Family Fall Fest — complete with a petting zoo featuring goats and even a cow — to picture day, to the exciting STEM Fest full of hands-on learning, the center consistently creates enriching experiences that make learning feel like pure joy. Layla has come home buzzing with stories, songs, and new skills after every event. It’s clear that the staff put so much thought and creativity into making each day special for the children. At home, we’ve seen such a wonderful transformation. Layla is thriving — singing new songs, using new words, and showing off everything she’s learned. She’s curious, expressive, and full of joy. It’s been amazing to watch her confidence and communication blossom in such a short time. As a military family, we’re especially grateful for how gracefully Lauren guided us through the Child Care Aware® of America military fee assistance program. The process came with its share of trial and error — navigating documents, eligibility steps, and timing — but Lauren’s patience, professionalism, and persistence made all the difference. She communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and ensured every detail was handled correctly. Her support took what could have been a stressful process and turned it into one we felt fully guided through. We’re endlessly thankful to Lauren and the entire Bright Horizons at Ecolab team for creating a place where children don’t just learn — they flourish. Layla’s excitement for school each day says it all, and that peace of mind as parents is priceless. - The Wiley Family
Sabina LNov 7, 2025Bright Horizons at Ecolab has been the best decision we have made for our son. Deciding on Daycare is such a difficult decision to make as a parent, especially with infants. Deciding where your child will spend most of his day and development, entrusting strangers, is difficult, and we put a lot of time into researching all the ones nearest to us. Because of this daycare being a bit “hidden,” I originally overlooked it and we had put our son at a Montessori based daycare instead. While it served its purpose, I wasn’t too happy with the lack of interaction I noticed between the teachers and infants. Upon touring Bright Horizons at Ecolab, we were sold. This is truly a wonderful place. Everyone is so welcoming, interactive, loving, and compassionate. The schedules are full of enrichment. I credit the teachers in the infant class for much of my son’s developmental achievements. They are doing so much work with these kids, it is amazing! I also love all the updates we get from the classroom. Working mom guilt is real, and it is comforting to at least get to see pictures of all the things my son gets to do at his amazing daycare with his wonderful teachers. I am absolutely assured he is in the best of care. The classrooms are full of love and stimulation, and I love that the kids even get to go outside and have events every now and then. It is a very diverse and inclusive setting as well, which is important to me. Our experience is for the infant classroom. We are very happy here at the Ecolab Bright Horizons, and I look forward to my son growing with the classrooms to come. We looked at all the “top” daycares in Naperville, many had waitlists and weren’t all that impressive… We feel SO lucky we were able to get in here. I would say do not hesitate, this is the best place for your baby.
Cheyenne COct 8, 2025The daycare is always spotless, and every time I walk in, there’s a fresh, pleasant scent in the air — warm and welcoming. By the way, the atmosphere here is wonderful. Every teacher is very polite and always greets with a warm smile, which instantly brightens your day. I am deeply grateful for the way they treat my child as if he were their own. Their kindness and love have brought peace and joy to our family. Miss Julie and Miss Alex are truly amazing teachers. They are highly professional and show so much love, patience, and care for the children. My son once had very severe separation anxiety, and dropping him off used to be heartbreaking. But with their gentle care, patience, and constant encouragement, everything has changed. Every day, they give him countless hugs, love, and comfort, making him feel truly safe and cared for. Now, he walks into daycare with a big smile, feeling happy and loved.
liting ZhangAug 13, 2025We couldn’t be happier with our decision to attend Bright Horizons at Ecolab! Our child absolutely loves the teachers and staff, and we couldn’t trust them more with his care! It is such a blessing and a relief to not have to worry and to know he is safe, loved, and learning. We love the variety of curriculum. Even in the infant room, the children are growing small plants (learning STEM), coloring/painting (learning hand/eye coordination and the arts), going outdoors, reading and participating in music, exploring different textures, and so forth. The teachers have so many fun learning opportunities planned! We also love that our son's exposure to other children has catapulted his own skills--he's picked up on hand-eye coordination while feeding himself, sitting up, crawling, and sharing all while observing and interacting with other children. The meals Bright Horizons at Ecolab supplies are very healthy and nutritious. They are very welcome to accommodations, particularly in the infant room, and have helped guide us through the transition to table food and whole milk. The program director has been wonderful to work with, as well. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. When we have needed to switch our schedule, she has been more than willing to work with us. We are so grateful for the amazing experience we’ve had at the center, and we couldn’t recommend them enough!
