  • Very rude and unprofessional place. Went there for inquiry and the older lady was very rude and unwelcoming.. One wonders how they actually take care of the kids..

  • Renae the director will try to get you for your money . She tried to make me double pay & overcharge for a previous month by saying that this September 1st bill is for the month of august when i’d already paid for the month of august on August 1st or else my daughter wouldn’t have been able to attend that month. I noticed the error when she handed me the invoice for September that stated $167 was due . My daughter was previously full time ($181) but since school started she became part time (only attending daycare for 1.5 hours) so I was expecting to see a huge reduction for the month of September but instead I received just $10 less . I raised the concern to her, that is when she responded that it is for august. I told her that the payments I’ve been making every month are for that exact month. She got hostile and said I didn’t trust her. (CCRS even confirmed with me that the bills are for that exact month) The behavior she then showed is behavior of someone who knows they’re wrong. I did not argue with her at all or raise my voice even though she kept talking over me and wouldn’t understand my point and saying how she doesn’t have to go work at Walmart because she is running her own daycare & that there are people who are on a budget working paycheck to paycheck … in my own thoughts, Humbleness & Humility goes a long way in running a business and that is just something she does not possess. She also said I was raising the issue because I didn’t want to pay. It had nothing to do with not wanting to pay I paid on time every month but it had to do with the simple fact the it would be an Incorrect payment I understand people make mistakes but she was not owning up to it which proved to me she knew exactly what she was trying to do. The next day when I went in she told me she terminated service with me. All because I brought to her attention that the bill was incorrect. Retaliation. That there was confirmation that she indeed was trying to fraudulently bill me twice . I started at this daycare APRIL 12th and my first bill was given to me APRIL 21st prorated at $141 because it was a late start. Then I was billed again APRIL 28th for $181 which would be for MAY meaning the following month not previous. Everything that I presented to her was facts she couldn’t say much to explain the bill because she knew what she did was wrong all round . No Humility, Professionalism or Grace whatsoever.

  • They teach with an excellent curriculum for the students of all ages. They generally care for them as their own children, very trustworthy staff.
