Carrie VogesMar 24, 2024Would like to have a convo with the owner of this establishment as when I tried to resolve my issues with the "manager" she was argumentive and hung up on me when I was calmly explaining my issues. Also have heard from numerous people not to go here. Be careful to they will make up random rumors to spread them to spread chaos without even finding out facts and full stories. Basically my wife was terminated from here because she called in so I can go to the dmv and get my license switched from west Virginia to here as we were past the 90 days and were just pulled over and the officer said I needed to re do my license here as I'm valid in west Virginia and not Illinois as it was past 90 days. My wife was terminated and rumors were spread that I was exposing my kids to liabilities and that we were bad parents because we were driving illegally and they are mandatory reporters apparently so they spread rumors around town about it even tho next day I had my license fixed and she was ready to work. Beyond dumb but I guess that's what you get in a small town with an all woman staff. Just bash people and spread half truth rumors. And when someone calls to find out why rumors are being started and to fully tell the events then get hung up on. Great you guys can start rumors behind people's back but are to weak characterized people to figure out what actually happened. Great to have around your kids.
