  • WARNING TO ALL PARENTS I would never trust this daycare with another child. My 14-month-old son suffered a serious head injury while in their care. In my opinion, this was not simply an unavoidable accident. This happened because he was not being adequately supervised. The daycare’s own text messages state that staff were cleaning up snack and feeding babies when my son fell. While the adults were occupied with other tasks, my toddler was able to climb to the top of a slide and fall headfirst. The slide was approximately 3 feet tall, had no safety railing or protective barrier to prevent a child from falling, and my son is over 2 feet tall — meaning his head was falling from roughly 5 feet off the floor. There was no proper protection in place to prevent a serious injury from a fall like this. The daycare texted me a picture of my son’s injury and told me he was okay and that I did not need to come get him. I immediately went anyway. When I arrived, my son had a very large knot on his forehead, was visibly uncomfortable, and I was told they had not been able to ice his injury because “he wouldn’t let them.” My son was only 14 months old. I expected him to be comforted, monitored, and cared for after such a serious fall. I asked to view the video footage of the incident so I could understand exactly what happened. I was told the cameras did not capture his fall. This was very concerning to me because when I enrolled my son, I was required to sign paperwork stating that the room was equipped with video and audio recording. The explanations I received also changed over time, which added to my concerns about what happened and the level of supervision provided. I reported this incident to the appropriate authorities because I believe no other child or family should have to experience what my son did. My goal is to help protect other children and make parents aware of what happened. Based on my experience, I do not believe this daycare provides the level of supervision and safety that toddlers require. Parents trust daycare providers with their children’s lives, and that trust must be taken seriously. No child should suffer a serious head injury because they were able to climb and fall while the adults responsible for supervising them were occupied with other duties.

  • Overall the worst daycare experience I had, to the workers being unprofessional and the security in building never working. The incident that happened at this place with my kids car seat strapped being cut & the workers did nothing about it also lied and told me security footage was down that day. Even heard from previous workers who no longer work here how poor this facility is. Hoping the community can come together and be aware of how this place is treating your kids:( Shut the whole thing down!!!!

  • The new owner and the new staff and director are absolutely amazing! They not only provide amazing g care to my 3 children but also helped me apply for childcare assistance! The experience I had from the moment I walked in was nothing but amazing! The level of respect I see and what my children tell me is amazing! If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would! Check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

  • When asked what daycares I recommend this is the first one I always say DONT EVER USE. I had my child there for 1.5 years he started at her house which always reeked of bleach. You could smell it from the driveway before you even came in the house. My child told me all he did was sit in a corner. Then when moved to the facility I thought it would change it did NOT. I file out a form that was a no bite tolerance if a child was bitting they were kicked. My child then proceeded to get bit by the same child 4 times and I was only notified 1-2 times instead I would find teeth marks during bath time. And when confronted with this information to Kristi she stated it wasn’t the same childcare but yet my child is telling me it is. I even threw in her face the no tolerance form she had ever parent sign. My final straw was during COVID they had parents picking up from the side door. When I came to get MY child, I had 2 other kids and boy and girl sent out the door to me no coats or hats during the winter months, worker wouldn’t even talk to me instead I had to bang on the door for 5mins to get their attention to get MY child. To say I was livid was beyond statement. I went into the office the next day and chew Kristie out I even told her you know had I been one of those horrible people in the world I could have left with those children then what would happen, the risk of danger is uncared for. They continue to have different people in and out that can’t seem to stay long term and even hiring 15-16 year olds during this time. I have never felt unsafe with a daycare before this and pulled my child early to start kindergarten for this reason. I’m still waiting for the day I see this daycare in a huge scandal in the new bc it will happen soon enough. My child is still scared to even drive past this place and says it’s THE WORST SCHOOL HES EVER BEEN TOO!

  • I definitely will never recommend this Daycare to anyone. My children has been to both locations playtime and heritage. This is the worst daycare ever Their staff is very messy and unprofessional. I’ve had multiple conversations with the owner of the daycare and I feel like she didn’t care about my concerns. When I was told Terrible things about this daycare by a Formal worker The owners Daughter’s call And threaten the lady to sue her. I was told by a lady that currently works there to check the reviews of the Daycare because the reviews are so bad. I dropped my daughter off to the daycare and when I went to go pick her up, they showed me a picture of a bloody diaper with some type of discharge My daughter has never bleed or had any type of discharge ever in her life When I ask the daycare worker why didn’t they call me because of this issue? When they call me about everything else they told me that they didn’t feel like it was an emergency When I told them I was gonna take her to the hospital, they told me to just take her to her primary care doctor on Monday When we requested The bloody diaper they bought out three diapers that they know wasn’t hers when we requested the camera footage. They told us they no longer had camera footage since October 2023. My kids started April 20 24 and when they started, we made sure we asked them if they had Working cameras and they lied us. We still don’t know what happened to my daughter till this day, but we are working with lawyers to figure out what we can do.
