My granddaughter is 2 and attends this daycare. She absolutely loves all her teachers. The staff are very polite and professional. I pop in unexpectedly sometimes to pick her up and things always seem to be in order and she’s always happy and wants to give her teachers hugs before she leaves
Amy FinderJan 1, 2026My daughter has attended Imagination Station since she was 6 weeks old, and she’s now 2. Our experience with this center, teachers, and new Director Jen have been exceptional! She’s safe, loved and they have always provided our family with clear communication and the best care regarding my daughter. It’s clean, and a warm welcoming environment! Would highly recommend them!
TatersGunTate20Jan 1, 2026After some staffing changes, Imagination station has soared in quality and efficiency with their level of childcare, with the service they provide reaching elite status in the Belleville area. They have become one of the premier childcare destinations and I will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of childcare locally.
Nathan FranklinJan 1, 2026Unqualified teachers create problems. Especially in the 3 yo room. Tried to portray my kid as the problem kid and said she had all these behaviors that she wasn’t haven’t at home. Switched her schools and she haven’t had any of those behaviors concerns or issues with the new teachers. Thank God I listen to my kid and watch. My kid told me thanks for bringing her to a new school.
LaMisha MadisonDec 7, 2025Called about a week ago and the person who answered was very friendly and invited us to join the waitlist. We didn't at the time, as we are a foster family and were only calling for ideas of who would be available should we get a call soon. I called today and Alisha could not have been more rude or disengaged. She told me I could pay $90 to get on a list or she could take my name and number and add me to the bottom of a list but I would likely not get called. Availability is 2026 or if I pay, could be end of 2025. Since we're a foster family, we do not pay a registration fee so we would essentially be placed on the do not call list. I can't believe this is how a business would choose to run, they might as well say they just don't want "state kids," that would have been nicer than how Alisha treated me over the phone today.
AshleyApr 29, 2024My husband and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Imagination Station. Our son started this year and it's been a wonderful experience. The communication is great in person and through the app. The teachers really care about the children and go above and beyond for them. Highly recommend.
