  • I went through the enrollment process and all was fine until I had to communicate with Ms Harris. She didn’t respond to me for weeks about the application; I got an approval notice one day and thought everything was fine. Started buying uniforms even. She then said actually, your assistance was denied so you have to redo that part all over again. That was what I was trying to do for weeks! Wasted my damn time.
