  • Kensington School Bucktown has been such an amazing start for our little guy! Our son is in the infant room, and we have had such a wonderful experience from day one. As first-time parents, finding a daycare we could completely trust was incredibly important, and this team has exceeded every expectation. The infant teachers are so kind, warm, and genuinely caring. It’s obvious how much they love the children, and they have created such a nurturing environment where our son is happy, safe, and thriving. We also love receiving regular photos throughout the day—it gives us so much peace of mind and allows us to feel connected to his day. The directors, Lauren and Zalena, are absolutely exceptional. They are incredibly communicative, approachable, and always willing to go above and beyond for both the children and their families. It’s clear they truly care about every child in their program. We’ve also been so impressed with the attention they give to our son’s development. They work with him on age-appropriate milestones and provide a stimulating, engaging environment that has helped him grow and learn so much. On top of all that, the facilities are clean, and thoughtfully designed for young children. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and are so grateful to have found a daycare that feels like an extension of our family. We highly recommend it to any parents looking for a caring, supportive, and exceptional place for their little one.

  • My daughter attended Kensington School starting in November 2025 until end of June 2026, and it has honestly been the greatest experience. The teachers are always in such a good mood and clearly love what they do. The directors are amazing and truly care about every child in their program. From day one, we had nothing but a wonderful experience. One thing that really stood out was how much more quickly she advanced compared to her previous school. The difference was noticeable, and it made us realize just how much of an impact the right environment can make. We recently moved, and the hardest part of the whole transition has been leaving Kensington School behind. I have looked, and I simply cannot find another daycare that comes close to matching how wonderful they are. If you're considering Kensington, don't think twice.

  • Our toddler has been at Kensington for several months, and we couldn’t be happier. The directors, Ms. Dunkleman and Ms. Zayas, as well as all the teachers are incredibly caring and attentive. They treat every child as if they were their own, and they are truly passionate to do their job. The school itself is so beautiful, cozy, welcoming and always impeccable, by far the most beautiful and state of the art daycare/school in the neighborhood and beyond. Our child absolutely loves their teachers, and is the happiest every morning at drop off! We love following all the daily activities through the pictures that are shared with us. Thank you Ms. Garcia, Ms. Mines, Ms. Cabacungan, Ms. Ward, Ms. Theotikos, Ms. Lezama, Ms. Bennett, Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Nesler!

  • It's been amazing watching our daughter thrive at Kensington Bucktown! The teachers are fantastic, the communication is thorough, and the classrooms feel downright magical. Our daughter started (part-time) in the infant classroom at 14 weeks. As a first-time mom, their incredible care made my transition back to work so much smoother. We've been so pleased with the level of care, we chose to enroll her full-time at 6 months. We're grateful to be a part of the Kensington Community!

  • Our son has been attending this daycare since he was 12 months old, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to enroll him at Kensington Bucktown. Every teacher we’ve met has been attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in the kids’ growth and development. It’s clear they truly care. School Heads Lauren and Zalena are friendly, organized, and always approachable. Their leadership and communication has been excellent from day one, which gives us so much peace of mind. The facilities are clean, bright, and exceed our expectations. Our son loves going each day, which says it all. We also really appreciate the thoughtful curriculum, themes, and activities that keep him engaged and excited to learn. We’ve seen him grow so much, and we credit a big part of that to the environment they’ve created. You can tell the staff they love what they do. They know our son so well and treat him with so much care.

  • Our daughter started at Kensington School of Bucktown shortly after it opened, when she was 18 months old, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. From our very first tour, Lauren and Zalena (the Heads of School) completely won us over. They’re not only incredibly warm and welcoming—you can tell right away how much they genuinely care about every child and family. That level of care and attention has been consistent ever since. The teachers have been nothing short of amazing. Our daughter has been lucky to spend time with Ms. Garcia, Ms. Mines, Ms. Ward, and Ms. Theotikos, and each of them has made such a positive impact. They create a fun, loving, and engaging environment—it’s clear the kids feel safe, supported, and truly enjoy being there. We’ve seen our daughter absolutely thrive. The growth in her verbal and social skills has been incredible, and she’s become so much more confident, expressive, and curious. She’s genuinely excited to go every day, which says everything. And the facility itself is outstanding—easily the nicest we looked at anywhere in the city. It’s bright, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed for little kids, including an outdoor playground. It really stands out. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Kensington and can’t recommend it highly enough to other families looking for a place that’s both nurturing and enriching. It's been such a positive experience for our daughter.
