Recent parent reviews
Kensington makes a great first impression with a strong sales pitch, friendly staff, and an appealing curriculum, but our experience was very different. My son attended for about a year, and the turnover of assistant teachers was so high that I lost count. His main teacher was a fresh graduate with little experience. We experienced repeated supervision issues, including him coming home with poo or pee in his pants, children eating each other's food or milk, and injuries that staff couldn't explain. I don't blame the teachers—they seemed overloaded with teaching, cleaning, feeding, taking photos, updating the app, and covering staff shortages. The director at the time, Jinan, always listened politely and promised to look into our concerns, but nothing ever seemed to change. Great facilities alone don't make a great preschool. Consistent teachers, proper supervision, and responsive management matter much more.

mark faloonMay 5, 2026All three of our children have gone to Kensington Glenview. The teachers are so loving, kind and patient. They are so well prepared for kindergarten and navigating the world. And the director is so dedicated and available to the parents and the children. Highly recommend!
