  • We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kensington! From our son's very first day, the staff, including the directors, Nicole and Isabell, have made him feel welcomed, comfortable, and loved. His teachers (Ms. Maria, Ms. Julie, Ms. M, and other staff members) are dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. Our son will cry on occasion at drop off, and his teachers are always so comforting and take the time to help him calm down. The staff at Kensington Park Ridge are truly child-focused, and work together as a team to support every child. The classrooms are filled with engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that keep the children curious and excited to learn. We especially appreciate the strong emphasis on social-emotional development. There is clear and consistent communication with parents via their app or email. At pickup, the teachers always take a moment to tell us about our son's day. We are very grateful to have our son enrolled at Kensington. He has made so much growth in his social skills, language, independence, and confidence.

  • My son just started going here about 2 months ago, everything has been a great experience for us so far. Mrs Flores is an amazing teacher and really great with my son, I really appreciate everything she does. Also the directors of the school Mrs Nosek and Mrs Garcia have been great and really helpful and attentive with everything. Hopefully my son will continue to have a great experience throughout his time here at Kensington school of park ridge.

  • We have had a wonderful experience with Kensington School over the years. Our oldest attended for two years, and our 3-year-old and 11-month-old are currently enrolled there as well. The facilities are always clean, organized, and very well cared for. The teachers and directors are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely engaged with the children, which has always given us peace of mind as parents. We have also been very impressed with the curriculum, healthy food options, and the variety of engaging activities offered throughout the year. Their summer program for ages 4–5 is especially fantastic, and the kids love the water play activities during the warmer months. Kensington has truly felt like a supportive and nurturing environment for our family, and we are very grateful for the care they provide.

  • Kensington has met and exceeded every expectation we could have hoped for in a school. We have 2 kids here, and our 2nd one currently has the same teacher we started with for our first—three years later! The teachers here have been incredibly caring and the activities and curriculum are well thought out. As we get ready for our oldest to graduate, we know she will be more than prepared for Kindergarten due to her time here. I also can't say enough great things about the directors (Mrs. Nosek and Mrs. Garcia). They are responsive, communicate clearly, and you can really tell they genuinely care about each and every kid. Can't forget Mrs. Health and Happiness (Mrs. Grippo) too! My kids look forward to her lesson plans weekly and having a health-focused fun activity around healthy eating, brushing teeth, etc. seems to reach them better than our attempts at home. Our kids are truly excited to come to school every day- we couldn't be happier to be here!

  • We have had our kid here since this location first opened up and could not have had a better experience. We receive updates and pictures everyday, and the kids always seem to be working on new and exciting material. The school has an excellent team who genuinely care about the kids.

  • We’ve sent both of our sons to Kensington, which really speaks to our experience. Our older son had a wonderful time and made some of his best friends there. When he went to PreK after Kensington he was well adjusted and prepared for class. Our younger son started in the fall, and we’re already seeing the same thing. He comes home smiling every day and is constantly being exposed to new things. The teachers genuinely care. One even knitted him a Christmas ornament, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The environment is clean, communication is strong, and the current directors have always been responsive and supportive.
