  • Modern building and classrooms. Teachers are all amazing! We’ve been coming since December 2021, at 10 months old and we’re now in pre-k. Each room transition has gone smoothly. Mrs. Arlene and Ms. Kelly in the Kangaroo Room truly take the time and care for each student. Their passion shines through. At drop off and pick up we’re able to talk about how the morning is going and see how the rest of the day went. Having that communication with the teachers is very important. Mrs. Arlene and Ms. Kelly give us a safe space. The app that you download to see photos and daily curriculum is super easy to use and makes you feel as though you’re in the classroom too!

  • My kids are having an excellent time here. They have been enrolled for 10+ months and have made absolutely incredible progress in the time they have been there. They have made good friends, learned many things, and have made incredible strides in their communication skills and knowledge base. I’ve been very happy with everything that our kids have gotten from Ms. Arlene and Ms. Ahtziri for both kids. I couldn’t be happier with the experience for both of my toddlers in preparation for the next steps of their education.

  • My child went to this daycare between 2023 -2024. Our experience here wasn't a good one. Especially my son be nonverbal and in speech therapy. There were three incidents where my son got scratched pretty bad on the face. The daycare explanation that it was another child. I found that a little hard to believe. I asked the daycare if I could look at the cameras. Their response was no because there was another child on camera. I even told them that I wanted a meeting with the parents. They said they will talk to the parents. But after the third incident I was pretty much done with this daycare. I felt myself wanting to smack some of these ladies. Especially that my background is teaching self defense and Muay Thai kick boxing. So I decided to remove my child and myself from a situation. And there's was incident one day when I was dropping off my son. I decided to hang around for a little while. I was looking at their cameras, in the front entrance. I noticed one of the daycare providers. That was watching the kids how she was putting them down for nap time. I found her method to be a bit strange. Then I saw the owner of facility she walked past me and said hello. I watched her telling the daycare provider. Silently that I was watching them on camera. She thought I didn't catch. But my thing is we put our trust into these people to care for our children. It's so unfortunate that thing are happening like this at daycares. It could have been worse but I thank GOD that it wasn't. Because I probably would have been leaving in handcuffs. If my son's injuries were severe. But I do not recommend this daycare care center to any parent. Maybe DCFS needs to look into that kiddie Academy of Itasca daycare center. If people don't have the patients for kids they shouldn't be working in places like this period......

  • My son absolutely love his school and teachers! The fact that he gets so happy when we arrive gives me a huge relief that he enjoys his time here! Ever since he started there he has been talking more than ever, engages in plenty more activities and most of all with engages with more children than ever before. Thank you to Ms. Julie, Ms. Patty M., Ms. Arlene and Ms. Karyn for making my son feel so welcomed! You guys are amazing!
