Love this place! My children (four lovely daughters) have been attending Kiddie Academy of Lemont for the past three years. My two oldest children are enrolled in Before and After Care. The district provides busses to and from Kiddie Academy, which is perfect because I can avoid droping off and then picking up from two different schools on opposite sides of Lemont. It is ones easy drop off and pick up at Kiddie Academy. Plus, they always have access to care on school out days. My youngest children are currently enrolled in the preschool and infant program. They are always so eager to go to Kiddie Academy. The staff is always warm and welcoming. My children truly love going here. I love the app they use. It keeps me well informed about what my children are doing throughout the day. We get plenty of pictures and I can message the teachers directly. Plus Kiddie Academy host monthly family involvement activities, which is a great opportunity to spend time in the classroom with my children and the other parents. Nothing but positive experiences!
Lyle LoewenJun 10, 2026Very nice and clean facility with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff and management are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly invested in the well-being of every child. Both of my kids absolutely love it here and look forward to coming every day. I highly recommend this childcare center to any family looking for quality care and education. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Shailendra MishraJun 9, 2026I recommend that this establishment consider transitioning to new management to improve its overall quality. The teaching staff would benefit from training on properly greeting parents, starting with knowing their names. Currently, it seems that the staff's names are only shared during specific events like Christmas or teacher appreciation lists. Although the facility is attractive and relatively new, some design choices, such as the use of glass doors, may warrant reevaluation.
Nicholas SmithJun 4, 2026They target and unfairly treat certain kids, leading to disciplinary actions instead of support. There is a lack of structured systems, resulting in unmanaged behavior and limited educational opportunities for older students. The education system fails to provide adequate knowledge and skills to the children.
Jennifer LoveJun 4, 2026Fantastic! Lemont and new Lenox locations are amazing. Teachers are on top of it, very educational, and very details videos, pictures and descriptions of how the day went. They care and love what they do as teachers, you can tell.
J WJun 24, 2025Pulled my child out after one month. I had a fabulous tour and the staff in the front are so kind and welcoming, I was eager to start. Unfortunately the teachers were just…rude. A month later I still didn’t know who the teachers were. Several faces, not one greets at drop off, no introduction was ever made. I tried engaging at drop off/pick up with little engagement back. Had several issues with communication, needs not being met. When is ask about it, messages ignored. It’s unfortunate because it is a beautiful facility, very clean, adorable set up-but never felt like the teachers cared, and when addressing needs/concerns just seemed they ignored it more out of defense. Myself and family members have picked up my child, and the teachers don’t even see/notice we are here and child is leaving as there aren’t eyes at the front door. Very bizarre experience. *staff at the very front should not negate teachers IN class from watching the door at all times at pick up and drop off, leaving room for children standing at the door to run out. Other positive experiences also does not and should not dismiss my own and my child’s negative experience and lack of receptiveness to our own needs while in short attendance. Please use this feedback as a learning opportunity.
