  • Our kids have been here for three years, and we’ve had a really great experience. We’ve been at two other daycares over the years, and this was our first corporate-owned center, but it never felt like one. The admin team is friendly, caring, and always kept us in the loop. Our youngest went through the baby and toddler rooms, and every teacher was kind, patient, and truly cared about the kids. Our oldest also attends the summer camp programs and always enjoys going. It’s a well-run center with a warm, welcoming feel, and it’s clear that the people who work there genuinely care about the kids and their families.

  • The teachers are great but high staff turnover the last 12 months and combining of classes when they are short staffed was the driving force. The kids are happy there, but you are not able to provide feedback to admin as they have an reply for everything, owner was also not friendly with concerns. Actually, we left and thought soon after about coming back due to missing of classmates-adjustment for child, were told class was full with long waiting list. How can that be when they are always enrolling with ads and another child same age was told they are spots around same time. Looks like they did not want me to come back.

  • I’ve been a parent at Kiddie Academy in Mount Prospect for three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my child received throughout our time here. The staff is truly amazing—kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s development and well-being. One of the things I appreciated most was the detailed daily reports. They provided so much peace of mind and kept us closely connected to what our child was learning and experiencing each day. I would highly, highly recommend Kiddie Academy to any parent looking for a nurturing and well-organized early education environment. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience and for taking such great care of my child all these years!

  • Wonderful place with great age appropriate and stimulating curriculum. My children love it and can’t wait to go to school every day. Accommodating teachers and staffs, very mindful of every child’s needs esp. if there is concern of allergy. They took care of my children, ensured their prescribed milk was given without making a big deal out of it. My child’s teacher was able to tell when my son got a good night sleep or not m, and that can only be possible because the teacher paid attention to his normal behavior and attitude. That tells me that they know their kids. Love, love, love the academy. I will recommend it to all.

  • My daughter started going to kiddie academy of Mount Prospect when she was 14 months old . She loves going to her day care and her teachers are Always very nice and welcoming. They are also very prompt in sending daily updates. We have at least 6 picture updates throughout the day which really helps me understand what my kid is doing in the daycare. Overall it’s a very good day care and your kid will learn lots of things in a happy environment.
