The Seedling program at Kiddie Academy of Oak Park has been a great fit for our infant daughter. Bright, spacious, and clean facilities, a thoughtful program, and the kind of staff communication (photos, updates, end-of-day recaps) that provide peace of mind when entrusting your baby with others. Quishana, Jasmine, Krystal, Kazandra, Jade, Khadijah, Eva — and the whole team — have been incredible. You feel the kindness and warmth the second you walk in the building. If you're looking for infant care that's safe, nurturing, and staffed by people who truly care — this is it. Thank you, Kiddie OP team!
Paula McCoyJun 25, 2026Had a disappointing experience before my child could even be enrolled. I attempted to utilize a CCAP voucher and they dragged their feet to complete the necessary forms on their end and have outdated rates on file with the state, per CCAP representatives, which impacts recipient awards. After numerous, pointless back and forth for a month with their very apathetic, smug Asst. Director, Quishana, I declined to move forward. They pocketed my $150.00 enrollment fee and were completely unhelpful and inflexible. It's not surprising why the center regularly appears so empty, sterile, and quiet and not bustling with children. Their rates are totally inflated and there is lots of other comparable childcare options in the area without their exorbitant tuition. A truly poor experience.
E'Laina CravenMay 15, 2026We had a very good experience with the infant class at KA Oak Park. We started our son at 6 months, and quickly felt confident that he was in good hands. The teachers are incredibly patient and attentive, and we especially appreciated the frequent updates throughout the day. While our son wasn't in the toddler room for very long, we had positive experiences with the other teachers as well, who were always excited to see him each day.
Virginia HarrisJan 12, 2026Kiddie Academy of Oak Park was the very first daycare my 3-year-old son has ever attended, and we’ve had such a positive experience. As a parent, especially sending your child somewhere for the first time, it can be nerve-wracking, but the staff made the transition incredibly smooth for both of us. The teachers are patient, kind, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to get to know my son, understand his personality, and help him feel comfortable and safe. It was reassuring to see how nurturing and structured the environment is, while still allowing the kids to have fun and be kids. The facility is clean, well organized, and filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and social development. Communication has also been great, which gave me peace of mind knowing how my son was doing throughout the day. I’m truly grateful that my son’s first daycare experience was such a positive one. Kiddie Academy of Oak Park has set a wonderful foundation for his growth and confidence, and I would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and trustworthy daycare. Thank you Autumn, Krystal, and Ms. Vanessa for making me feel at ease 💙
DevonnaJan 7, 2026We had our kids in the infant class and toddler rooms. The infant room was great, they were very communicative and we didn’t have any issues for the short time we were there. The toddler rooms were chaos at times compared to infant room, but that’s to be expected with toddlers. Our toddler very much enjoyed her time there and all the activities they plan for the kids during the day.
Amber LukowiczAug 8, 2025I really wish I could say we had an amazing experience at this daycare, but to be frank our experience was more than unpleasant. My daughter started in November(around her 1st birthday) and we absolutely loved the infant class. The teachers were super vigilant, super nurturing, and very pleasant! We have nothing but nice things to say about that classroom. When she transitioned to the toddler room was when everything got flipped on its head. From the get go, the overall aura in the class was completely different than the infant. The teachers were never approachable, they weren’t very friendly, and were very cold and short. She was in the toddler class for a total of 2.5 months, and within those two months we had a total of 11 incidents. Around 7/11 incidents were due to her getting bit by other kids. We would get calls almost every other day with something new, it was absolutely insane. No type of reform from staffs end- no change in the increase of vigilance by the teachers, no type of plan put in place by the director or owners except that “they’re working with the families”, no type of information could be given such as if she’d gotten bit by the same kid before. One would think if a kid is constantly getting bit and what not, they would pay more attention to that kid to ensure something wouldn’t occur again. The issue was never the kids that would bite, I understand kids bite. It was more so what are the teachers doing when all of these incidents were happening? She got bit twice in a timespan of 7 minutes by the same kiddo, which is insane to me because where and what were the teachers doing? Every time they would say one was changing diapers and the other teacher was cleaning something up. Obviously we can’t corroborate because we can’t see any type of video. We would get different accounts as to what happened from different teachers/staff, the communication from within is horrible. In all, if you’re planning on enrolling your child please just ask what the incidents are like in that classroom. I would hate for another parent to have the same experience as we did.
