  • The most concerning place to have your child I walked in, to my child being held towards a table with a staff member knee against the chair, most heartbreaking moment as a parent . If you care about your child safety look somewhere else. As a parent and speaking as Nurse .

  • My son attended the 3's and 4's Pre-K classes. What's great about K&Q? Here's my list: 1) Family owned small business. No cookie cutter corporate feel here. Everything is done with heart. It's also easy to talk with the owners and director should you need to. They are all genuinely nice people. 2) Flexibility. We only needed care a couple of days a week. Some centers don't want to deal with anything less than a full time schedule. 3) Affordability. I'm not saying it's cheap, but cost competitive compared to other options. They really try to keep it reasonable and within reach for families of varying income levels. 4) Diversity. My son and I are white, but the public school he will be attending is diverse. Going to K&Q got him used to making friends with kids who don't look or speak like him and I think that's valuable! 5) Good communication. All done through an app, which makes life easy. 6) Good mix of "work" (skill building) and play. I feel like my son is in a great place going into Kindergarten. In short, I feel like this place is a bit of a hidden treasure in Batavia! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any parent looking for weekday care

  • My children had the best experience at this daycare in Batavia. The staff was amazing and treated my boys like family. They learned soo much at this daycare and now are fully prepared to move on to kindergarten. Thank you soo much to Mr. David and Ms. Mary and staff for all your hard work.
