  this was a lifesaver for us. My wife and I needed childcare but couldnt find one that was afforabale until i found this place. The rates are hands down the best with programs to help. we did the tour, they feed the kids . THE ONLY bad thing is that I wish they get newer toys. they toys look a bit old. Nice staff and the older lady I think is the owner has been in childcare for over 30 years. i reccommand this place if you need child care that doesnt take all your money

  DONT I REPEAT DONT !!! IDC IF THEY OFFER ANYTHING FREE !!! Like she said service was good up until i started work and this was the first day that my child was scheduled to be picked up by her dad because i was always picking her up . i got off work early we went to go get my baby ,she was 1 years old at the time , an di let her dad go in because i told them he was going to be getting her so " they didnt know i was in the car " he came back out with my babu and her lip was busted and there was no call and didnt even send my child with a note . They didbt send out a slip . when i told him to go back in there they tried to say that he did that going on the way out the door and was blaiming it on him . they claimed they didnt see it and never knew nothing about it and they checked it . ALL THIS TIME YALL NO ONE HAS YET TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME !!!! NO ONE KNEW I WAS IN THAT CAR !!! TO THEIR KNOWLEGE I WAS STILL AT WORK AND HE WAS COMING TO GET HER BEAUSE I COULDNT !!!!!! I had called the director a hour later and asked her about it and why i didnt get a call and why wasnt there a incident report made because it look like there was blood shed. SHE DIDNT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY THEY SAID I TOOK THE PICTURES 1HR LATER AND THAT THAT COULD HAVE HAPPEN AS THEY WERE ON THERE WAY OUT THE DOOR . I filed a police report and went to watched the cameras they dont have any cameras at all . They are all broken and the owner of this day care is a man. So my child was left witha busted lip no incident report and no one kknew what happen AND SHE NEVER WENT BACK . THEEE ENDDDD

  I loved this day care until my one day i had finals for school which ran later than normal schedule so i ended up using my full 8 hours from child care initiative ( i had from 6:30-4:30pm and i usually picked my daughter up at 3) and Mrs Lebranche blew up my phone and texted me saying i was 45 minutes late picking up my child which was at 4:15 and stated i owed her 45 dollars for late pick up and when i called Action for Children they confirmed i had until 4:30 and she couldn't charge late fees based on when i usually pick my child up.

  Services were good up until. I picked my daughter up one day and a whole section of her hair was missing. She also had scratches on her face. The daycare could not explain to me how it happened. They Insisted that it was my fault because my daughter had beads in her hair. Beware!!! Check your children before leaving the daycare!!
