It's not a good place, my child practically cried and they didn't even give him a little water. The food is not very pleasant when a child who was not born in this country is not adapted to Puerto Rican food or any part of Latin America that is not from his own country when he makes him his own food. He should be allowed to bring his own food and practically eight hours they could not control him without water. He came home hungry and came to the house to drink plenty of water until 10 at night. There is not a person who works as a psychologist with the children and with the parents
manuel aldazSep 30, 2024Daycare will send your kid home for anything. And still expect the full payment on time or else they’ll hit you with another fee. My son will come home with huge bumps and bruises on his forehead all the time and I’m always signing incident reports way too often. Let’s not forget the lice situation, they’ve gotten lice 3 times in the year and a half they’ve been their WORST daycare ever.
Janelle VillariniJul 7, 2023I had my share of Daycares, and by far this is the worst one please put your kid somewhere else can’t see the cameras if you don’t get a court order at least that’s what they told me, so what does that tell you
Mo RodriguezFeb 17, 2023This place was great a year ago after the change of management. They will call you to pick up your kid for the slightest reason. A booger in the nose your kid will be sent home. Any little cough they will need a doctors note. For a cough you must bring a doctors note. Take note you’ll need a doctors note every time they get sent home. And can’t return without one. I understand there’s protocols but when your child gets sent home every week for the slightest reason and you have to keep missing work to stay with the child and they still want to charge full price when my kid goes half the month. So just be aware before you send your babies here. They will let your kid go all day with boogers just so at the end of the day when u get them they can show u that their sick point of daycare is to take care of the child even if it means to clean the kids nose. I will be transferring my kids that are currently on a waiting list for a different daycare
isaiah acevedoJan 18, 2023Very unprofessional the way the teachers or managers answer their phone, not only that but they will just hang up the phone then I called again she starts yelling and saying the kids are to loud .. okay but if your going to work there u need patience I don’t think people should be working there with no patients !!!!!👎🏽
Lizbeth FigueroaSep 26, 2022My first born has been there since she was 6weeks old. In times when a pandemic makes anyone worry about their little ones,it's reassuring seeing the precautions they use in this daycare to limit exposure of covid19 to the children. When there has been a case they are immediately responsive to inform parents and implement their safety protocols. My little one loves coming here in the mornings and being greeted by her teacher. She has come a long way since her start here and her teachers frequently update me on her developmental progress. For the price which is amazing, I highly reccomend their quality care and dedication to the children. Consider this a hidden gem💜
