Signed up for early learning through Chicago Public schools, got accepted for two, for my two boys, and I was told to call back in a month (End of July ) to do the actual application. Call at the end of July and I’m told it’s only through actions for children which they can help me do the application for, but I already know I don’t qualify for that. She said they don’t do the Chicago early learning even though I drove past multiple times and they have the Chicago learning sign posted on their front grass. I waited an entire month based on the idea that they were going there when I could have gotten other waitlist. Now, my boys are not going to be able to Going to any program and have to be waitlisted for places that I could’ve been on instead of waiting for here for nothing, hoping to get a spot. I had to call Chicago CPS hotline to Cancel little achievers application and resubmit an application for another center. They’re supposed to start in six days that’s not happening thank you, little achievers.

Questions parents ask about LITTLE ACHIEVERS
Is LITTLE ACHIEVERS a licensed child care provider in Illinois?
- Yes. LITTLE ACHIEVERS holds Illinois licence 501669, listed as "Pending renewal application (RN)" by the Department of Children and Family Services, licensed as a day care center in City Of Chicago County. Confirm current standing at sunshine.dcfs.illinois.gov before enrolling.
What ages does LITTLE ACHIEVERS accept?
- Illinois licenses LITTLE ACHIEVERS for children 6 weeks to 6 years during the day, with a licensed day capacity of 38. The span is what the licence permits, not a statement of which ages have places free.
What languages are spoken at LITTLE ACHIEVERS?
- The licence record lists English. That is what the provider reported to the state, not a guarantee that a speaker is on site at every hour.
Does this page show inspection results for LITTLE ACHIEVERS?
- No. Illinois publishes monitoring and licensing reports going back to 2010 through Sunshine at sunshine.dcfs.illinois.gov. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects LITTLE ACHIEVERS's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the monitoring record.
