My daughter has been there for over 2 years now. I have had the best experience there! I am very grateful for the staff and director! They have been very caring with my daughter, have taught her many things, been informative with her progress, and most importantly demonstrated a motherly love for my daughter! I could not have chosen a better daycare! Ms. Dominique is a great director and very helpful with parents!
Cinthia HernandezFeb 8, 2023I have had a positive overall experience with this facility, beginning with the Director, Ms. Dominique at Little Bear Daycare. Communication has been effective and transparent since Day 1. There are two centers next door to one another, Little Bear Daycare and Teddy Bear Daycare. Little Bear accepts babies as young as 6 weeks of age. I needed a place to enroll my premature baby on medication and unfortunately, I had to wait until he was off of his heart medication to enroll. Once enrolled, it was a bit of a rocky start, but that was only because my child needed to adjust and transition from having a live-in Nanny to being in a daycare center. My child enrolled at Little Bear Daycare during the pandemic. COVID procedures are strictly enforced and if someone gets sick, parents/guardians are notified via email immediately. Once enrolled, the registration outlines and explains everything ranging from fees, school days off and policies/procedures. If you're not sure about something, refer to the packet or just ask! Ms. Dominique has a really good turnaround time with communication. The student-teacher ratio is kept small, the classrooms are divided by age range and the teachers are absolutely AMAZING. But it's not just the teachers, the teacher-aids and staff are great too. I have had zero issues with the adults I have crossed paths with who work there. Ms. Ana, Ms. Jenny and Ms. Mary are great! I can go on and on about their strengths and how much they are loved and appreciated by my child. They work wonderfully with my tiny human. At first, I had many reservations about leaving my child in daycare, but as time passed, I felt more and more comfortable with the facility. Ms. Ana, Ms. Jenny and Ms. Mary are all incredible. They radiate positive vibes, carry a gentle demeanor and care for my child with the upmost patience. My child is very active and curious and they go above and beyond to help my tiny human navigate the world of school and daily routines. The classrooms are nicely decorated, bulletin boards are kept-up with monthly themes and the toddlers are kept busy and engaged with age-appropriate learning activities that address their sensory skills. Additionally, gross and fine motor skills are worked on as well. All of this is made possible with how Ms. Ana, Ms. Jenny and Ms. Mary roll out their daily curriculum to the infants & toddlers. Activities are tailored to meet everyone's unique individual needs. As a school teacher myself, I appreciate how well these Early Childhood Educators have helped my child grow and develop. If I could give Ms. Ana, Ms. Jenny and Ms. Mary 10 start each, I would! Upon entering the center, you are buzzed in and greeted by a member of their staff. There is a check-in/check-out procedure in place for your child, temperature checks are taken of both parent and child and there are security cameras that add an additional safety measure. The entryway has an information bulletin board that displays a weekly breakfast/lunch/snack menu, a monthly calendar and tips about health and safety. You are able to see student work displayed on the beautifully decorated classroom doors and windows. If you have reservations about sending your child to Daycare and are looking for an excellent facility, look no further.
Rosario PesekFeb 3, 2022The director and her assistant go above and beyond to meet my needs as a parent. The teachers take very good care of my 2yr son.
StephanieJun 11, 2021Great daycare! The director is very understanding, helpful, and available when you need her! Love the teachers my daughter has. They are very informative and cheerful.
Cinthia NevarezMay 18, 2021The directors and teachers go above and beyond for the children and parents as a former staff member I witness how we genuinely care for the children like our own and because of the birth to 3 program teacher and children build a great bond.I would highly recommend this center as I also had my own child in this center.
Luz RosalesMay 6, 2021Best Daycare Ever! Very friendly and very respectful. Especially during the covid, well maintained and sanitize.
