  • This is a decent day care but I will say ever since I enrolled my kids they have been sick non stop! They don’t send the kids home like they should when they are sick! The owners could not show a cleaning log or discuss the steps the teachers take to sanitize which is a big red flag! I told the owner I was gonna probably take them out and he packed the kids bag and stood at the door as if he was putting us out because I made that decision that was best for my family. Teachers are very pleasant, but the owners don’t have a clue how to handle business at times. Very unprofessional how they handled this situation and I did call DCFS and report them for not cleaning and following protocol for sick kids. I pray they begin to do better because the kids deserve the best care possible!

  • This place has been a GOD send for me. The staff has become like family and my kids have learned so much being here. They prepare children for kindergarten and assist with potty training (they have multiple bathrooms WITH STALLS for the kids privacy). I had no idea what to expect being a new mom but now that I have had the pleasure of bringing my kids here for 2 years my standards are at an all time HIGH for any other schools and centers. They are clean, caring, provide meals and have an interactive portal where you can see your kids progress and activities. They document EVERYTHING and I love that. The staff and other kids are really nice too. Sadly, we are moving soon but I highly recommend this place. To know that your child is safe, clean, and having fun learning in an advanced setting is priceless!!! I’m going to miss you guys :(

  • I am on my second child going through Little Footprints and I don’t regret it at all. I have seen the progression of the daycare over time and they are continuously adding services to enrich the children. They are constantly evaluating staff to make sure the needs of each child are met. Though it’s expected that children will get sick being around a lot of people, the staff members are consistently cleaning and attempting to reduce that as much as possible. I wouldn’t have my children in any other center!

  • My son was at little foot print a 1 month span before the Director decided to have him removed from the school for normal toddler behavior, they are messy rude and I believe have no proper training with children. There is a teacher in the 3 year old classs by the name of miss Amanda that is poorly trained and has no patience with children and will pick on innocent kids , play ground equipment gives my child splinters as well as he came home with marks ! the owner have little kids working with the children who are not trained and aggravate the toodler in there times of comfort. Hold the children down when having a tantrum just poor poor and shameful child care .

  • If your child has trouble adjusting to a new center or has “behavioral problems” I do NOT recommend. We addressed, before enrolling our 2 year old son, about some behavioral issues and him not trusting/having a hard time with new teachers due to incidents at his last center. They assured us that they were willing to help. They told us they had therapists and different resources to help but didn’t offer anything for us not even a meeting to discuss how we can come together to help. My son was there not even a full 2 weeks before he was kicked out. We were told the day before he was kicked out that they were not at the point to where they will kick him out then the next morning he was let go within 2 hours of being there. I loved that they used the Procare app to communicate with parents throughout the day and the center was pretty clean. I also noticed towards the ending of my sons time there the staff seemed to have attitudes, even when I came to pick up the rest of my sons stuff a couple days after he was let go.

  • I am so so happy that I found Little Footprints Childcare Center! The owners are top notch with the client experience. The teachers are friendly and select age-appropriate enrichment activities for our children (ages 1.5 and 4). We receive videos, pictures, and updates about our children's day, everyday! The building is clean and secure. They serve healthy meals and snacks. It has a genuine, community-feel to how they operate. I really could go on and on about our positive experience there!
