  • Little Friends is a wonderful preschool and childcare center. In the one year our son has been attending, we have seen him grow and develop so much - from learning to walk and talk to eating Miss Linnettes delicious home cooked food. We are so happy with the quality of the care from all of his teachers and staff and are very grateful we found Little Friends when we did. Added bonuses are fun field trips and a cap & gown graduation at the end of the school year!

  • We are so grateful to have found Linnette/Little Friends Preschool. Linnette pours her heart and soul into each and every child. Our son loves his teachers and the environment, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to send him there. He’s thriving because of all the hard work the staff puts in each day!

  • Little Friends Preschool is a wonderful program, and Miss Linnette is an exceptional educator. She is dedicated, professional, and truly committed to her students. She goes out of her way to accommodate both new and existing families, and her role as an educator and childcare provider is fully integrated into everything she does. Miss Linnette is highly knowledgeable in early childhood education, and her curriculum is engaging and creative for the children. She handles all aspects of the program with ease, ensuring the children are both happy and learning. The preschool offers home-cooked meals, excellent learning equipment, and ample space for both learning and play. The bilingual programming is an added bonus, making it a well-rounded experience for the kids. Being a part of her program is a decision you won’t regret—Miss Linnette truly provides a caring and enriching environment for all children.

  • Best daycare in terms of flexibility, pricing and care. Our daughter been going there since 15 months old, now she’s 5 and sadly we have to say goodbye, she’s going to kindergarten this year. Now my younger son going there as well. Miss Linette makes sure you child knows manners , fed well and growing self sufficient and kind individual. They have a fenced outside area with playground. Children also learn some Spanish language there as well which is always a plus.

  • My toddler loves it there! Ms Lynette has created a fun and nurturing environment for the kids. And the food! She cooks healthy meals that the kids love. My son takes seconds. Ms Lynette has a ton of experience and runs the place really well. It’s quality childcare at an affordable price.

  • A fantastic preschool in Edgewater! Linnette at Little Friends Preschool is a loving, responsible caregiver, and I would highly recommend her preschool to anyone looking for childcare. She started watching my son when he was four months old at her former location, and continued all the way to when he started kindergarten. She left such a positive impact on his life, that he always asks to still visit her (which we try to do once a month). When he was enrolled in her daycare, I always felt confident that he would be cared for by a loving and trustworthy individual. Linnette has high standards for her daycare in which the children are enriched through fun, and educational play that encourages positive social interactions. She prepares wholesome, home-cooked meals (better than my cooking lol) for the children under her care. They play in a clean environment that focuses on safety. She takes great efforts to ensure a high level of cleanliness and sanitation. I also greatly appreciated the valuable advice Linnette provided over the years, which helped me better address my son’s needs. Since my family lives far away, it was nice to have someone who really helped me along the way. She's always patient and kind. Her staff has been excellent as well. Most importantly, my son always enjoyed his time there, and sometimes remembers a funny thing that happened and tells me a story about it. Whenever I visit, all the kids just are having a great time. She'll dance with them, be silly with them, and you can tell everyone is having a lot of fun. Also, I like that she becomes like family. There's a lot of preschool's that feel bland, like a cold childcare factory whereas her's feels fun, like home, and warm. She truly does this because she loves kids. And they love her too. I highly recommend Little Friends Preschool. I truly believe my son adjusted well to kindergarten because of his time under Linette's care and guidance. He he a social, happy child, and loves learning.
