Almost got hit going here by a gt express truck not safe at all
The Good WolfSep 28, 2024I didn’t even want to give a star. I had recently moved to Illinois from Mississippi and I enrolled my 2 year old daughter here. As soon as my older boys were able to attend for the summer, 2 weeks in and they witnessed the owner hit my daughter so hard. Other staff also cursed at them. It hurt me so bad to know that I was sending my 2 year old baby girl to this daycare and she could’ve been getting hit the entire time. I addressed her and she in fact admitted to hitting her “that day”. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I wasn’t the only parent with this problem at this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. PLEASE DO A THROUGHLY CHECK INTO THIS DAYCARES AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE TRUSTING YOUR CHILD TO GO. ESPECIALLY. WHEN YOUR BABIES ARE UNABLE TO TALK!!
Shay JacksonFeb 2, 2023At the beginning of any school year it's very challenging. I informed Ms Jasmine that we had reached our capacity but because they really needed our help I enrolled them. Once school began they came less then didn't return. No call no show I was led to believe they withdrew them. Parents must communicate with the center when attendance changes. This was discussed in the interview process as well. My goal is to establish strong positive relationships with all our families. There are a few details that I will leave out of this story because I am a professional. I pray you and your family the best.
Jo ThomasMar 5, 2022very unprofessional, i didn’t take my kids to school for their first week of school and informed the daycare that, until their bus route can pick them up there and when i went to return, they told me my kids have been dropped. no one called me to let me know that they were dropped and also, i called the day before to inform them that they will be returning the next day and they agreed but once i got there my kids were “dropped” from their daycare
